Registration for QuickCliq (Tuckshop Ordering)

The Ayr State High School Parents and Citizens Association is now partnering with an external supplier called ‘QuickCliq’ to facilitate online ordering through our tuckshop. Registrations are now open to all parents/students, via the QuickCliq website. For parents with children at East Ayr State School (or other QuickCliq Schools), you are able to login to your existing QuickCliq account and follow the ‘Add Student’ procedure (Step 5, as below).

It is possible, using QuickCliq, for multiple parents/carers to create separate accounts to place orders for the same student (ie: Mum has a QuickCliq account with a student attached, as does Dad). Students can also create QuickCliq accounts and attach themselves, if they wish to purchase with their own funds.

To register, follow the instructions below.

1) Navigate to https://quickcliq.com.au in your web browser.

2) Click the Sign Up button in the top left.

The most common registration issue encountered, is accidentally attempting to ‘sign in’ rather than ‘sign up’.

3) Enter your details in the form as requested (Email, Phone Number, Address, etc).

Please ensure to choose a secure password, and complete the ‘captcha’ (I’m not a Robot). Most registration issues encountered are

because the password chosen was not complex enough (8 characters, 1 capital, 2 numbers), or because it did not match in both boxes.

4) When you complete the registration process, you will be asked to verify your email address. When you receive the verification email, click on the link to verify.

5) Log into your QuickCliq account with the username/password you specified earlier, and you will be presented with this screen.

6) Click “Add Student”, and fill out the particulars. An example for a Year 10 student is below. Leave all other fields at their default setting.

7) Your registration is complete! You now just need to click ‘Add Credit’ and follow the procedure to add credit to your account.

8) Once credit is added to your account, you can use the ‘Meal Order’ button to place an order!

Note: The cut-off time for ordering is 8:30AM. Certain days may be blocked-out in advance due to full school events (such as Athletics Day, where our Interact Club handles food).
