Terms and ConditionsI/We (the undersigned) hereby confirm:

1) I/We will read and will abide by the F4SEA sporting rules and regulations, official documents, amendments, bulletins, ASR’s and the Code of the FIA

2) I/We acknowledge, appreciate and agree that the risk of injury from the activities involved in this sporting event is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death. While particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist

3) I/We knowingly and freely accept all such risks, both known and unknown and accept full responsibility for my participation

4) I/We willingly agree to comply with the stated instructions and policies and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I/We observe any unusual significant hazard during my participation, I will bring to the attention of the nearest official immediately

5) I/We confirm that the Promoter may use the Driver’s name, image (still and movie) and results for the promotion of the Championship

6) I/We will promote goodwill towards the Championship, Competitors, Organiser, Promoter, Officials and all other parties involved

7) I/We agree to pay the full Championship fee: €100,000 +6%GST where applicable in the payment structure set out

9) I/We understand that track insurance is not included and we agree to pay all damage if any on the same day whatever the circumstance

10) I/We understand that wet tyres are not included in the Championship fee and agree to pay for wet tyres at €880 +6%GST where applicable

11) I/We understand that we can exchange unused registered slicks for wets if required

12) I/We understand that collective test and race week test are not included in the championship fee

13) I/We understand that testing is available as arranged by the promoter at €3,750 +6%GST per day including 1 set of new tyres as set out on page 1

14) I/We understand that the promoter reserves the right to sell non-selected test days for any unreserved cars

15) I/We understand that testing includes;

• Free practice

• Qualifying

• The nominated races - 2 races in case of F1 support events, 4 races for the KLcityGP and 6 races maximum

• Registration, race entry and official fees

• Racecar, race service, consumables and logistics

• Engineers, driver coaches and mechanics

• 3 sets of tyres per event (based on 6 race event)

• Maximum of 3 hours on track (Sessions subject to circuit schedule)

• Maximum of 3 hours debrief and data coaching

• 1 set of new tyres

• Racecar, race service, consumables and logistics

• Engineers, driver coaches and mechanics

• Access to all data

16) I/We will complete, sign, scan and email all pages of the Championship Registration, Test and Race Entry Form to the Championship Manager.

17) I/We will provide the original Championship Registration, Test and Race Entry Form prior to the 1st race

18) I/We confirm our participation in all rounds of the Championship as per the provisional calendar (subject to change by the Organiser)

19) I/We will read the Supplementary Regulations issued for each meeting and agree to be bound by them and by the National Competition Rules of the Automobile Association of Malaysia (AAM) and the International Sporting Code of Federation of International Automobile (FIA). In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, or of being permitted to take part in this meeting

20) I/We declare to the best of my/our belief that the driver(s) possess(s) the standard of competence necessary for an event of this type to which this entry relates and that the vehicle entered suitable and roadworthy for the event having regard to the course and the speeds which will be reached

21) I/We declare that I/We and all other persons in any way connected with this entry recognise and accept that the jurisdiction in all matters arising out of this race meeting is vested in the organisers and the Automobile Association of Malaysia under the International Sporting Codes of the FIA

Liability WaiverDrivers, Guardians and/or Guarantors, together with their legal representatives hereby declare with submission of this Championship Registration, Test and Race Entry Form that they waive any claim whatsoever to compensation for damages that arise in connection with the event, against:

1) The FIA and its ASN’s, their Presidents, Members, Managing Directors, General Secretaries, Employees and Executive Officers

2) The Promoter, Red Autosports Management Sdn Bhd, its Board of Directors, Management, Instructors, Engineers & all Employees

3) The Organiser, the Officials, the Circuit, the Race Car Company, the Engine Builder, their Board of Directors, Management & Employees

4) Authorities, Racing Services, Manufacturers, Suppliers and any other persons who are connected with organisation of the events

5) Construction Companies insofar as any injury caused by the condition of the roads, road accessories or road furniture

6) The Agents and Employees of all the persons and entities referred to above, (apart from damages resulting from injury to life, to the body or to health arising from an intentional or negligent breach of duty). Also, on the part of a legal representative or an agent of the group of people released from liability, & apart from other damages that result from an intentional or negligent breach of duty

They shall waive any claim for damages whatsoever against other Participants (Competitors, Drivers), their Assistants, the Race Car Owners and the Keepers of the vehicles, that may arise in connection with the event (untimed/timed training, warm-up, qualification and racing) apart from damages resulting from injury to life, to the body or to health arising from an intentional or negligent breach of duty – also on the part of a representative or agent of the group of people released from liability – and apart from any other damages that result from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. The liability waiver shall come into force for all those persons involved on submission of the Championship Registration, Test and Race Entry Form. The liability exclusion shall be applicable to any claims based on any legal grounds whatsoever, in particular to claims for damages arising from contractual or non-contractual liability and for claims arising from illegal actions. Implied liability exclusions shall not be affected by the above liability exclusion clause.
