WhiCh serviCe do you need?We offer two separate Internet Banking services for our international clients – Sterling Internet Banking and Currency Internet Banking. Each service has a separate log in and registration process. Read the information below to decide which of the services you need, whether it’s one or both of them.

sterLing internet Banking

This is used for:

•Premier International current account (Sterling Only)

•Worldwide Services accounts in Sterling:

– Cheque account

– Executive Gold, Platinum accounts

– Instant Access accounts

•International Savings Account

CurrenCy internet Banking

This is used for:

•Euro & US Dollar Premier International current accounts

•International Bonus Saver

•International Incentive Saver

•Fixed Term and Structured deposits

•Money Market Call Account

•Worldwide service accounts in currencies other than Sterling

additionaL FunCtionaLity.Our Sterling Internet Banking and Currency Internet Banking services offer a range of different ways to manage your money. Here are some of the key features of each service.

sterLing internet Banking

•View your balances and recent transactions.

•Transfer money to someone in the UK or between your accounts.

•Pay UK bills such as credit card and utility bills.

•Set up, amend or cancel standing orders.

•Manage paper statements.

•Personalise your account names.

CurrenCy internet Banking

•Check your balances and recent transactions.

•View your statements.

•Transfer money between your accounts.

•Make FREE international payments – we won’t charge you, but some recipient and corresponding banks abroad may charge a fee for receiving payments.

•Send up to £30,000 a day to almost anywhere in the world (£10,000 limit per payment)

•Set up, amend or cancel standing orders.

•Request a banker’s draft.

•Update your email address and telephone numbers.

going onLine to register.We recommend you register for Offshore PhoneBank before registering for Internet Banking as certain transactional features require you to be PhoneBank registered. Please call us on +44 (0) 1539 736626.

Once you have chosen your appropriate Internet Banking service, you need to go to the correct online registration form. To do this, follow the steps here.

Click register from virtually any page at www.lloydstsboffshore-com.

Find the service you want on the Internet Banking page and click register.

Once you have checked you have the information you need to proceed click Continue to Form.1 2 3

FiLLing in the onLine registration Form.You now need to fill in the registration form on screen. The Sterling Internet Banking form and Currency Internet Banking forms are different, so please follow the correct instructions for each of them – the steps for Currency Internet Banking are on the next page.

• Enter your date of birth in a DD/MM/YY format.

• On average, emails are sent once a quarter.

• If you are registered for Offshore PhoneBank it will be easier for us to verify your identify when you call us to complete your registration.

• Once you have filled in the form, read through and accept our Terms & Conditions and click SEND.

• Once your form is sent, a confirmation page will appear asking you to contact our call centre to complete your registration.

Read through and click to accept our Terms & Conditions.

Fill in your personal information and create a password.

Enter your memorable information. You can make this any form of information, such as your place of birth or mother’s maiden name.

Once you have sent your completed form, a confirmation page will appear. You will now need to contact our call centre to complete your registration.

When you have set up your currency internet banking and received your user ID in the post, you will need to login and request Transactional Capabilities. This will take 48 hours to process after which you can set up online payments and beneficiaries.

neXt stePs/ComPLeting your registration.The next step in the registration process is for you to contact our call centre in order to complete your registration. Please call us on Offshore PhoneBank: +44 (0) 1539 736626

Once on the phone, an advisor will talk you through the steps below.

sterLing internet Banking

• Your advisor will take your account details.

• If you are registered with PhoneBank, your advisor will try and positively identify you using your PhoneBank password.

• If your password is correct, your advisor will take your reference number and use it to verify your registration/application.

• If your reference number is incorrect, your advisor will verify your registration/application using your account number.

• If your password is incorrect or you are not registered for PhoneBank, your advisor will try and verify your registration/application using a further verification process. If this is successful, your advisor will proceed with your registration/application.

• To protect your security, if this verification process fails, your advisor will inform you that we are unable to verify your registration on the phone and arrange to send you a Secret Word form for you to complete and return to us.

CurrenCy internet Banking

• Your advisor will take your account details.

• Your advisor will try and positively identify you either using our verification process or, if you are registered with PhoneBank, your PhoneBank password.

• If the identification process is successful, your advisor will authorise your registration/application while you are on the phone.

• If your application/registration cannot be found or completed, your advisor will pass your application to one of our colleagues for further clarification/investigation.

• To protect your security, if your advisor is unable to positively identify you, we will ask you to send us a certified copy of your passport as positive proof of your identity.

• Once you have completed this process, your Currency Internet Banking user ID will posted to your physical address. If you wish to have this sent to your correspondence address, please inform the PhoneBank agent.
