NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st October 1960

S.O. 2576.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309of the Constitution, the President is pleased to make the following rules furtherto amend the Central Civil Services (Revised pay) Rules, 1960, published withthe Ministry of Finance Notification No. F. 12(l)-Est.(Spl)/S9, dated the 2ndAugust, 1960, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Revised Pay)Fourth Amendment Rules, 196.0.

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day ofJuly, 1959.

2. In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Revised Pay") Rules, 1960.in Part 'B',—
