1. With reference to your application, it is to inform you that you are found eligible for Admission to the International Diploma Course in Guidance and Counselling for the year – 2010.

2. You have to report in person to the Institute at 10:00 a.m. sharp on 20-12-2009 in Room No. 12, and there will be a written test followed by Interview and merit list will be prepared accordingly. You are required to bring the Original Certificates/testimonials of the attested copies submitted with the application form for verification. In your absence your representative will not be entertained in any case.

3. In case you do not report to the Institute at 10:00 a.m. on the given date, and do not appear for the test your application will automatically be rejected. Extension of the reporting date will not be granted under any circumstances. The names of the selected candidates will be communicated on institute notice board on 20-12-2009 or 21-12-2009 depending on the number of candidates appearing for the test and interview.

4. Fees for the course will have to be deposited on 22-12-2009 in Institute officer by cash or by draft in favour of Principal, RIE, Ajmer, payable at Ajmer. Failing which the seat would go to the next candidate in order of merit in the waiting list. No candidate will be admitted after December 31st, 2009.

5. After the admission, the candidate will ensure their deputation from their parent department for 3 months face-to-face programme during the II Phase of the course.

Note : Please note that your admission will be cancelled if (a) any of your documents turns out to be fake or false, (b) any mis-statement and suppression of fact in your application form is detected at any time during the session and (c) your conduct in and outside the Institute during the session is found unsatisfactory.
