At Regal Heights, Amelia is known for being funny and pretty. Her hobbies are sewing and arts & crafts. Lasagna is her favorite food with lemon meringue pie for dessert. She strongly believes in God.

Ingredients
CREAMY POTATO SOUP
• 2 TBSP. butter or margarine• 4 TBSP. finely chopped onion• 1 ½ teaspoons salt• ½ tsp. pepper
• 3 ½ cups milk• cups instant mashed potatoes
(dry)
InstructionsPut butter in a pot; add onion, salt and pepper; cook onions until golden brown.
Slowly add the milk to the onions. Cook until milk is scalding. Stir in the instant
mashed potatoes. (Soup should be the consistency of heavy cream.) If too thick,
add a little milk at a time and stir. If too think, cook for a few moments to thicken.
