Poetry CompetitionPoetry builds resilience in Students; it fosters social and emotionallearning. Therefore, “Kavya Umang” - Poetry Competition is being conducted by CSGaurav Nashikkar - Chairman, Pune Chapter and CS Hemant Sonawane -Chairman, Nashik Chapter, in which you can send your own composed poetry ontopic of your interest, preferably related to profession of CS.
Fitness CompetitionFitness not only changes your body, It changes your mind, your attitude & yourmood. Fitness Competition is being conducted by CS Sheetal Kulkarni –Chairperson, Kolhapur Chapter, CS Pranay Patel – Chairman, Bhopal Chapterand CS Abhijit Goankar - Chairman, Goa Chapter.

“KAVYA UMANG”A Poetry Competition

Pune, Nashik & Indore Chapter of WIRC of ICSI
Poetry builds resilience in Students; it fosters social and emotional learning. It ispleasure to provide a platform “Kavya Umang - a poetry competition” for students
to showcase their poetic talent.
Guidelines :
1. Topic of Poem : Poem can be composed on any topic of your choice, preferably topic related toprofession of Company Secretaries. It should be strictly observed that contentshould not be offensive, hurt sentiments of any religion or class of people, it shouldbe positive in nature, does not create negative image of ICSI. Controversial topics,political topics, obscene matters, inappropriate words should be strictly avoided.
2. Who can participate :CS students having registered address within five States of WIRC viz. Chhattisgarh,Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and two Union Territories, viz Daman& Diu and Dadar & Nagar Haveli and having valid registration can participate.
3. Last date of Entry :Participants can submit their poem in MS-word format till Sunday, 26th July, 2020.
4. Originality of content :Poetry should be his / her own creation. Must not have been published elsewhereand must not have been or must not be sent elsewhere for publication, in the sameor substantially the same form.
5. Content Limit :Content must be of at least 4 but cannot exceed 20 lines (including stanza breaks).The poem title does not count as a line.
6. Number of Entries :One entry is allowed to each participant. Joint work entry will not be accepted. Itshould be sole preparation.
7. WIRC of ICSI will have complete rights (all IPR) over the poetry work to utilize the same in anymanner as it deems fit.
8. Languages: No Language Barrier
9. All Participants will be awarded e-certificates.
10. Selection and Award : The best 3 participants will be awarded by WIRC of ICSI.
11. All the Participants shall send their entries via email in below specified manner: Subject Line – Poetry Competition. Email Content – Name of the Student, Student Registration Number & your submission. Attachment – Proof of Payment of registration fees for the Students Conference.

13. The Evaluation committee shall consist of eminent professionals and the decision shall befinal and binding on all.
14. Winners of the competition will be announced during the ICSI WIRC students Conferencehosted by Nagpur Chapter scheduled on 29th July and 30th July 2020.

1. Any student of ICSI registered under jurisdiction of WIRC can participate inthe above competitions.
2. There will be competition in 4 different categories. a) Squats b) Skipping c) Suryanamaskar d) Short N Sweet Diet Recipe
3. Participants are required to send a video of 2 minutes performing Squats/Skipping/Suryanamaskar. Participant performing maximum count in 2minutes time shall be declared as winner.
4. Diet Recipe video should not be of more than 3 Minutes.
5. Same student can participate in all the 4 categories of the FitnessCompetition & Winners shall be declared for each category.
6. Last date for submission of video's is Sunday, 26th July 2020.
7. All participants will be awarded e-certificates.
8. Top 3 Winners in each competition shall be awarded.
9. The screening committee shall consist of eminent professionals and thedecision shall be final and binding on all.
