1. That the above named taxpayer is a Govt Contractor and obtains though auction

lease a right to collect fee, from Disst Govt Faisalabad, whereby he has to pay

advance tax u/s 236(a) of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.

2. That for the tax year 2014, the taxyer e-filed application for refund along with

return of income and CPRs on 27-10-2014 addressed to Commissioner Zone-

III(Enforcement-I) declaring the result as under ‘

TaxYear Net Income Tax Paid Refund Claimed 2014 162,500/- - 145,500/-

3. From above circumstance you are , therefore , humbly request to direct the

concerned IRO to issue refund voucher as per law.
