What Is Reflexology and How Does It Work?

Page 3: Reflexology Linkedin

•Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes located in the feet, hands and ears that correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body.

Page 4: Reflexology Linkedin

•Through application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology encourages the body to heal itself naturally without any adverse side effects

•Every part of your body is worked on when receiving a Reflexology Session. Just think… simply by having your feet worked on, the entire body benefits!

YES Reflexology Can Help!

Page 10: Reflexology Linkedin

•Our bodies have the ability to heal itself. Reflexology encourages our brain to send out the needed endorphins to bring about healing.

•Reflexology can help to reduce stress, tension and improve circulation

How often should I receive a Reflexology

treatment?

Page 24: Reflexology Linkedin

In the ideal world, where money is not an object or concern, you should receive a treatment for any acute symptoms, every 24 – 48 hours to allow released toxins time to be eliminated from the body without to much stress.

•Extremely sharp, severe, intense,

acute pain• rapid onset

Page 25: Reflexology Linkedin

For chronic symptoms, at least once a week. To speed recovery, the first three treatments should be received about 48 hours apart.

•a persistent and lasting disease or medical condition, or one that has developed slowly

Page 26: Reflexology Linkedin

For overall ongoing health and healing, it is recommended to receive a treatment every three to four weeks.

Page 27: Reflexology Linkedin

Reflexology does not replace visits,

consultations or

medical advice from your Family Doctor or Specialist. Reflexology compliments

traditional medicine!
