Leading up to the passage…

A protest march includes people in wheelchairs holding a banner that says "Injustice Anywhere Is A Threat To Justice Everywhere."

People protesting, some are in wheelchairs. One man's wheelchair has a sign that says "I can't even tget to the back of the bus."
