For the provision of real estate brokerage and or relocation without limitation the following:

Referring Agent has obtained the above named prospect’s consent to be referred to Receiving

Agent and has informed the above named Prospect whether or not Referring Agent will receive a

valuable consideration for such referral. In consideration of the referral of the above named

Prospect and in the event that Receiving Agent is compensated in connection with any real estate

contract or transaction involving above named Prospect , Receiving Agent shall compensate

Referring Agent in the amount of:
