OOUURR PPRROODDUUCCTTSS::OOUURR PPRROODDUUCCTTSS::Silica Brick: Oven shapes composed of high purity silica (silicondioxide) in the crystal forms of tridymite and cristobalite, have highresistance to load deformation over long time periods, and thermalshock resistance at operating temperatures. These properties result inlong service life typically over 20 years.
Fireclay Brick: Oven shapes made from refractory clays, low iniron and alkalies for long durable service in less severe areas of cokeoven construction.
Mullite Brick: Oven wall shapes typically used at the door flues,made from an alumina-silica crystalline compound, mullite, to resisttemperature changes and load.
Insulating Brick: Shapes made from refractory clays low in densi-ty, high in porosity, with low thermal conductivity to minimize heat loss.
Fused Silica Shapes: Special material for fast repair of end flueswhile the walls are maintained hot. This non-crystalline form of silicahas nearly zero expansion as it is heated up after the initial installation,crack free and matching wall construction.
