Between 1Sthof November 2015 and 8th of April 2016, he provided the administrative support to the Korean Embassy in Switzerland. The main task for this internship was the organization of the parliamentary election (so Korean people in Switzerland could vote for the parliamentary elections in Korea). This included the following tasks: . Ran and managed the election system . Attended an event for Korean people and persuaded them to join the election . Received applications for the voting, managed the data of the voters . lnformed the voters about the system and prepared the election place and the software for the voting , Hired seven temporary personnel (election officer, guide, security) in order to help out during the election week r was in charge for the salary-administration of those temporary workers and calculated and transferred the salary . reporting to the office in Korea This election project was terminated successfully. Furthermore, he was able to take over the following responsibilities: ' Balance accounting . writing/translating newsletter for the homepage of the Korean Embassy . Assistance to the secretary of the ambassador. That included the assistance of the administrative staff, several reports about his tasks to Korea and Korean Embassy and the Management of various documents (memorandum, balance accounting data etc.) Mr. Min Hyuk Kim is a very responsible and dedicated person at work and has the ability to manage all kinds of administrative and clericaltasks efficiently and can handle a high-volumed workload. We thank him for the adequate support which was very helpful for our organization. All the staff has appreciated Mr. Min Hyuk Kim's strong motivation, commitment and friendliness.
