Fifteen years of qualified experience as a law enforcement officer, operator and instructor. Providing law enforcement training in tactical operations and also maritime patrol operations to law enforcement officers.

Currently an assistant adjunct instructor for Kratos Special Operations Training Services Group (KSOTS-G). Overall responsible for developing and providing high-risk incident management advice/training to law enforcement, corrections and military professionals worldwide. Specializes in developing tailored assessment and selection programs, training programs and personnel and organization validation programs for agencies and units on the local, state and federal law enforcement levels as well as within US and friendly foreign military special operations units (2014-currently).
