Actually two smaller machines

fitted with auto synchronising

and load share control will save

you a substantial amount in

running costs each year.

Your peak loads are only at certain times of the day so

one machine can be operational as required to save on

fuel costs… we could even put in the third generator for

100% redundancy.

This option will pay for itself inside of three years.

REDSTAR remains independent of engine manufactures

so lets choose the most fuel efficient engine that best

suits your application.


This is where a generator is only to

be used in the event of blackout. The

machine will run only a small amount of

hours each year. Because of this, the main

decision making factors for selecting a

standby generator are; price and access

to service and parts.

A prime fixed generator will be used as the

sole source of power but will be fixed in

one position or rarely moved over its life.

Over 90% of the cost of running a diesel

generator is fuel, so the key decision making

criteria for a fixed prime generator is fuel

consumption. A machine with a lighter built

frame can however be used to save money

as the machine will not be moved around.

As with prime fixed, a prime mobile

generator will run a lot of hours so fuel

consumption is the key decision making

criteria but a robust canopy must also

be selected as the unit will be moved

from site to site such as a construction or

rental application.

REDSTAR is a proud and exclusive distributor of the

reliable and durable Denyo range of diesel welders.

Compact, silenced and very fuel efficient. Factory

fitted VRD’s and outstanding arc quality for

electrodes or wire feeder use.

All Denyo welders are fitted with high quality 50hz

alternators with voltage regulators, providing

stable auxiliary power up to 20KVA even during

welding operation.

Dual operator machines half the amount of

equipment required on site, reducing fuel

requirements and transport costs even further.

Optional extras for our welders include roll frames,

spill trays which are 110% bunded, and fork

pockets for easy movability.

An extended warranty is available on all of

our products.

Denyo welders are recognised

as the most durable and reliable in

the world. Denyo welders hold over

half of the market share in Japan.


From 450L cubes to 105,000L liquid

containers these tanks are built to

AS1940/AS1692/AS1657 standards

and UN31AY approved for transport.

REDSTAR fuel cells come with crane

lifting lugs, fork pockets, removable/

lockable lid on gas struts for easy

service access and safety.

REDSTAR also supplies large

liquitainers and self bunded trailer

fuel tanks.

Fuel tank accessories include: pumps,

filters, valves, hoses, fuel meters and

spill response kits.

REDSTAR’s fuel products are

110% bunded and meet all

other Australian Standards.


REDSTAR recommend Sumo distribution

boards as they are extremely tough and

designed with safety, practicality and

convenience in mind. They can also be

stacked for easy shipping and storage.

The boards are constructed of a durable,

UV stable, fire safe polymer. At only 18kg

they are the lightest distribution board on

the market. Multiple colours are available.

Built to Australian Standards the Sumo

distribution board has a 63A pin inlet/

outlet and a safety switch with MCB

overload protection.
