Staying in a canvas tipi, living closeto the earth and eeling the rhythm onature, is an extraordinary experienceor the amily to share. Just like thecamping scenes you remember rom old

movies, it is a mixture o old ashionedcamping set against the beautiul Cornishcountryside. Cornish ipi Holidays oersan environmentally riendly holiday oryou to explore the idyllic landscape oyour childhood dreams.

o make sure you ully enjoy the realcamping experience, the campsite

encourages you to make a wooden rein your own re pit to soak up the tipicamping experience. In contrast, manymodern campsites do not allow real re.Te surrounding regildrans Quarry Lakeoers swimming, canoeing and even aspot o rainbow trout shing.

Why choose real camping? It is because

it has the lowest possible impact onthe land and environment. Te tipicamping holiday has such low carbonemissions that your ootprint could onlybe bettered by a survival expert. Allrewood and other materials are locallysourced and local stas are employedwherever possible. Living in a tipi isun, less complex and less wasteul. Youcan prepare a supper o reshly caughtlake trout on your own re; no intensivearming, no packaging, no pollutants just a gleaming sh and your own quietsatisaction.

Pigmentation During Pregnancyby Mri-Louis Cosr www.llboumi.co.uk

During pregnancy you will experience a lot o changes, particularly with your skin, oen rom the rst trimester.Tis is extremely common and nothing to worry about.

Hyperpigmentation appears as darkening o the skin(otherwise know as Chloasma or Melasma), usually insmall patches. Tis occurrence is due to the increasedlevels o oestrogen, progesterone and melanocyteswhich cause an over production o melanin a natural

substance that gives our skin pigment or colour. Te most common areas or this alterationin pigmentation are areolae, nipples, arm pits, inner thighs and sometimes a dark line called linea nigra orms on the abdomen rom the navel down towards the genital area. When the pigmentation occurs on the ace it is most common around the upper lip, nose, cheekbones and orehead sometimes orming the shape o a mask.
