Defrosting / Handling Tips Shelf Life

Frozen Shelf Life (0°F): 9 months. Product must be covered at

all times.

Refrigerated Shelf Life (36-41°F): 5 days. Product must be

covered at all times.

Ambient Shelf Life (<68°F): 3 days. Product must be covered at

all times

Product performs best when refrigerated at all times. Product

may also be displayed at ambient temperatures if they are

kept below 68°F and not under direct light inside the case.

Defrost under refrigeration. Defrosting at room

temperature is NOT recommended.

The product must be covered at all times whether

refrigerated or ambient. If the product is kept at

ambient temperatures during business hours then it must

be placed under refrigeration in the original clamshell

packaging (closed) during off-peak hours and

overnight.
