WHAT IS RECYCLINGWHAT IS RECYCLING?
Recycling is the process in which waste is used for obtaining new
products.

RECYCLING IS CARACHTERIZED BY THE SEPARATION OF WASTE: Glass: Green container.Organic Waste: Brown container. Paper and Cardboard: Blue Container. plastics: Yellow container
WHY IS IT A PROBLEM? Harmful chemicals and greenhouse gasses are released from rubbish in
landfill sites.
Habitat destruction and global warming are some
the effects caused by deforestation.
Huge amounts of energy are used when making products from raw
materials.
No space for waste.
Reduce financial expenditure in the economy.

WHY RECYCLING?
Because we have not become aware of the consequences, and the problems it brings out.
5
If we throw away leftover food, it can grow the population of rodents, and cause serious diseases.
If we burn the garbage, it pollutes the atmosphere.
If it rains, garbage can be hauled to rivers or the sea and pollute the water.
6
Although, some cities have landfills, where waste are treat.
There are many others, where there are open dumps without any treatment, affecting the environment with a tremendous negative impact, and where often we can see people collecting things that
they believe that serve them, and even food, so there are in serious health risks.
7
As we all know, pollution is part of the world, many countries are responsible for the problem. This is a list of countries that produce more waste.
WHERE DOES THE PROBLEM WHERE DOES THE PROBLEM OCCUR?OCCUR?

As you can see, the inhabitants of developed countries annually produce a large volume of household waste, caused by the consumerist frenzy.
People think that everything that does not work is garbage, and they are WRONG!!!WRONG!!!

The Consequences of Not Recycling!
Recycling is not exactly a new idea, but it is only moved to a more important aspect of everyone's lives. Within the last few years. We are still slow in progress in the green world, but some things have been accomplished. Is this enough? The answer is NO.
We need to continue to focus our efforts on more green ideas, conservation, and of course, recycling.
Some people, however, just cannot be convinced. For those skeptics, here's a list of things that might happen if YOU DON'T RECYCLE.
11
What are the Consequences of not Recycling?
- IF YOU DON'T RECYCLE paper, more trees will be cut down, reducing the world's oxygen and increasing the carbon dioxide.
- IF YOU DON'T RECYCLE aluminum cans, lots of the world's energy will be used to make aluminum from scratch. Likewise for glass, which is easier to re-use than manufacture.
12
ANYTHING
that is not recycled could go into landfills or be dumped into the ocean.
Landfills can pollute water and leak methane gas into the atmosphere.
You don't want that,
DO YOU?
Direct effects:if we don't recycle we have to cut down more trees which produces oxygen for breathing.
Secondary effectsplastics not recycled and put into landfills as well as electronic items leach lead and other toxins into the water table.
Energy effectsIt takes more energy to do initial production of products than it does to recycle products like metals and glass.
Some simple consequences of NOT RECYCLING
14
CONSEQUENCESCONSEQUENCES
If there was ever a time to recycle it is now. We have been waiting too long and we have taken NO
action. If we do not recycle our Earth will be scarred and polluted with garbage.
Never give up for the sake of the inhabitants of our planet!!!!
15
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
There exists many ways for recycling.
Today we brought to you the THREE containers for recycling.
