ObjectiveTo explain how to download recurring events from the the BYU-Idaho calendars and add them to a Google calendar.

1. From the calendar list, located on the left hand side of the screen, select the calendar you would like to download then click “VIEW”. (You can also view all the events from all calendars by clicking “VIEW ALL”.)

2. Hover over event to get tool tips and select the “View Details” icon or click directly on the recurring event/series you want to download. Either will bring the “Master Calendar-Event Details” dialog box.

3. Click on the “Add to Personal Calendar” icon on the upper left hand side of the “Master Calendar-Event Details” dialog box.

4. In the save dialog box, click on “Save File”. Make sure you know where the file will be saved to; you will need to browse to it in order to import it into your Google calendar.

5. Go to your Google calendar and click on the “Add” link located on the middle left hand side of the screen, listed under “Other Calendars”.

6. Select “Import Calendar” and click on “Browse” to find and get file you saved.

7. Browse to where the file is and click “Open”.

8. Click “Import”.
