Thank you for taking the time to read this brochure. For the period during the Ryder Cup this autumn we will be offering our house for rental. Its proximity to the event is not the only reason you will want to choose The Old Rectory to make your visit in South Wales unforgettable.

The house was built in 1850 by the local Curre family to provide a home for the local priest. Today it has been modernised into a luxurious family home.

The two larger bedrooms offer stunning views across East Monmouthshire to the Severn and beyond. The other rooms look out onto the landscaped gardens. All the rooms are tastefully decorated with a period twist whilst offering modern amenities like wireless broadband and digital television.

We can provide a range of additional services during your stay to make the experience more special, just let us know what you want and we’ll be happy to oblige.

The Old Rectory is a delightful, generously proportioned family house, maintaining many original features throughout, with uninterrupted views across the surrounding countryside.

Additional Notes:All linens and towels are provided. The house is fully wifi enabled with access in every room. There is also a central server with a variety of

films and tv shows on demand. Every bedroom has a HD digital television.The grounds are private and the house stands in 6 acres of stunning gardens and features a paddock. It has ample car parking and landing

space for a helicopter.

LocationThe Old Rectory is situated on the outskirts of Itton village, in an idyllic yet convenient location some three miles from Chepstow, enjoying excellent road access to the M48/M4 motorway to Bristol, the M5 interchange and London via the Severn Bridge, with access to Newport,

Cardiff and South Wales also via the M48/M4 or A48. Marriott St Pierre Golf & Country Club and Chepstow racecourse are all within a short travelling distance.

The house is located approximately 12 miles from the Ryder Cup Venue
