Filter Filtration is the most effective process to remove suspended impurities using a fine physical barrier.

Softening is a widely used process for reducing hardness forming captions (Ca & Mg) which
precipitate and cause scaling at ambient temperatures and pressures. Softening is a reversible
ion exchange process wherein specific ions are exchanged with sodium ions present in the
resin group.

Reverse Osmosis separates dissolved solids and minerals from water. This product is suitable for
customers who have existing filtration or want to have special filters like ACF & IRF other than typical
DMF in the scheme.

Ultrafiltration (UF)
Exact offers highly effective ultrafiltration systems for the treatment of compounds with heavy
molecular weight present in surface water. Water passed through ultrafiltration can be directly sent
for reverse osmosis and recycling. Use of ultrafiltration removes colloidal silica which is harmful for
RO membranes.

Ion Exchange Resins for Softeners With receding ground water levels and its increasing use for
domestic as well as commercial needs, water hardness has
become a menace. With the help of Exact’s Tulsan range of
ion exchange resins, water hardness can be removed
effectively. User friendly and long lasting, these resin
cartridges can be easily installed and replaced in softeners.
With Tulsan softener resins, getting soft and potable water is
no longer a hassle.
Cooling Water Treatment
RO Membrane Treatment Untreated feed water to reverse osmosis systems can
result in scaling and fouling on membrane surface. This
reduces throughput, impacts membrane performance
and calls for unwarranted downtime and membrane
