3.75 x 5" Vellum (recipe)Ribbon
Crop-a-dile 3/16" holeDouble stick tape or sticky/transfer tape
Rubber Stamps Corner Rounder or Round Corner Punch
ScissorsScorer
Scallop Edge PunchWatercolor Paper
Score the 4.25 x 11" card stock at 5 1/2" (long side placed horizontally on scorer)
Score down the 5.25 x 11" card stock at 1/2" on both left and right side (Place the short side horizontally on the scorer as
shown in the picture)
Punch one side of the scored card stock with the Scallop Edge Punch
Score the card stock (scalloped side) at 1 1/2"
Fold the card stock as shown in the picture: valley fold then mountain fold.
Cut the card stock on the scallop side of the card stock at the 1/2" score line up to the 1 12" score line as shown in the
picture. Repeat for both the left and right side.
Turn the card stock to the straight edge side and cut off the left and right side at the 1/2" score line up to 5 1/2" score line
as shown in the picture.
When completed, your card stock should appear as shown in the picture.
Snip off (at an angle) the ends of the 1/2" flaps on both the left and right side of the card stock as shown in the picture.
Fold the 1/2" flaps and apply adhesive to the outer aspect of the left and right flaps.
Fold the card stock at the 5 1/2" score line and adhere the 1/2" flaps to the inner aspect of the 5 1/2" side of the card
stock to create a pocket.
Punch a rounded corner at the left and right top edge of the pocket using the Corner Rounder or Round Corner Punch
Apply the 3 x 4.25" designer paper (Autumn Vine) to the front of the pocket
Stamp an image (Harvest Home) to the 1 x 4.25" card stock and adhere centered on to the 1 1/2" scalloped flap.
Adhere the 1 1/2" scalloped flap on to the pocket so it'll lay flat.
Punch one end (both left and right corner) of the 4 x 5.25" card stock with a Corner Rounder Punch or Round corner Punch as shown in the picture..
Print the recipe using your computer on to vellum. Cut the vellum to 3.75 x 5". Be sure when printing the recipe that it
will fit on to a 3.75 x 5" vellum.
Punch one side of the vellum (top left and right corner) with the Corner Rounder or Round Corner Punch
Apply a small amount of adhesive to the back side of the vellum (apply to the top center).
Adhere to the 4 x 5.25" card stock . . .(centered and the rounded corners aligned)
Punch two 3/16" holes at the top center of the recipe/cardstock.
When inserting the ribbon, follow the steps below:
Insert the ribbon starting from the back side into one hole then loop to the second hole, exiting to back side. When
completing this step, it should appear as shown in the picture.
From the back side, loop the right ribbon into the left hole threading it to the front.
Repeat the step with the left ribbon end through the right hole threading towards the front.
When completed, snip off the ends at an angle and the ribbon should appear as shown in the picture. This creates a
nice flat bow.
Insert the recipe card into the pocket.
Stamp images to the corners of the vellum and rub a little bit of ink to the edge. Don't over stamp the images or color them. Keep the image lightly
stamped so they don't cover up the recipe.
