Key Lime Pie Poke Cake

Ingredients

1 box white cake mix

Ingredients needed to make cake mix (eggs, oil,

water, etc.)

3 oz package of lime Jell-O

1 can key lime crème pie filling

1 tub of Cool Whip

Sliced limes & zest for decorating

Directions – Pre-heat oven at 350. Spray 9X13 pan with Pam. Mix cake mix and cook according to box directions. In a small bowl whisk gelatin and 1cup of boiling water until dissolved. Add ½ cup cold water and stir. Punch holes in warm cake 2” apart with a round spoon handle. Drizzle gelatin mixture over top of the cake. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Then spread key lime filling/topping on cake followed by Cool Whip topping. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Decorate with lime slices and zest. Enjoy!

RV Tip of the Month – Keep the Valve Closed on RV Waste Tanks Leaving the drain valves open allows the liquid to drain quickly, but will cause a build-up of solids that will cause you to have a very bad day(s). Solids need to float and need the liquid to dissolve. Additionally, sewer flies are known to enter RVs through open systems. Yuck!

Greetings Friends!

Thanks for choosing to stay at the best RV Park in

south Texas. What a fun time we had in

February!!! Thanks to everyone for making it all

so memorable & fun. A special thanks to all the

volunteers who make the great food, help with

decorating, providing us music, running the

tournaments, working on the golf course etc. You

all make it special.

We also really appreciate the reviews many have left for the park on-line. For those who are leaving us this month, safe

travels and hurry back! As a reminder, please do

not place moth balls outside or under your RV.

These are highly obnoxious to others in the park.

In the last 2 years, we have maintained rodent bait

stations in the park that have almost eliminated

the risk of mice in your stored RV.
