White chocolate lemon fudge with brittle 450 grams white chocolate 1 tin condensed milk 1 lemon 50 grams brittle 1. Pour the contents of the tin of condensed milk into a saucepan and place over a low heat. Break the white chocolate into pieces and add the condensed milk. Stir until all the chocolate has melted. 2. Grate the lemon zest and add this and the juice of half a lemon to the melted chocolate mixture. 3. Line a baking tin with baking paper and pour the mixture into the tin. Sprinkle the brittle over the fudge, gently pressing it in, and place the tin in the fridge. After four hours, remove the white chocolate lemon fudge from the fridge and cut it into blocks. 4. This soft, creamy white chocolate fudge tastes great with a fresh, fruity and slightly sour White beer such as Blanche De Namur 4.5%. Alternatively, opt for a classic combination of white chocolate and raspberry with the fresh Liefmans Fruitesse. White chocolate lemon fudge with brittle

• 450 grams white chocolate

• 1 tin condensed milk

• 1 lemon

• 50 grams brittle

1. Pour the contents of the tin of condensed milk into a saucepan and place over a low heat. Break the white chocolate into pieces and add the condensed milk. Stir until all the chocolate has melted.

2. Grate the lemon zest and add this and the juice of half a lemon to the melted chocolate mixture.
