covering

Power and data connections to desk chased into concrete

screed from existing location on rear wall. Lidded floor box

set flush into floor under desk.

Reception, general arrangement

Orion Business Park


Simple wall cladding panel displaying framed ROSPA certificate and all

associated dates in vinyl lettering. Descriptor panel about H&S awards with logo

at entry to meeting rooms. Extra space for additional awards.

Existing doors painted in Grey Dulux 10GY 41/600 eggshell. Frames and

architraves in white eggshell.

Existing vinyl flooring replaced with new Amtico spacia tiles in white and grey.

Ref: softline pebble and charcoal.

Existing entrance matting replaced with new Gradus matwell in framed

aluminium and black.

Existing suspended ceiling retained. New floating acoustic rafts suspended

below ceiling line with green led lighting to create halo edge effect. New

aluminium extruded pendant fitting, with led direct and indirect white lighting

suspended above reception desk.

New bespoke reception counter finished in two tone laminate. Formica ref:

Storm F7912 (matt); Crystal F3091; (matt). Power and data fed from wall and

chased into lidded cable tray in concrete screed.

New vertical cladding to box in existing AC controls and Fire panel. Grey tinted

glass access door to fire panel. High gloss laminate finish to cladding, Formica

Storm F7912 (gloss). New wall panel to either side with applied fret cut acrylic

lettering forming client logo.

New simple wall panel with large super graphic applied to face.

New Odyssey soft seating in mixed leather and fabric. Feature green fabric to be

Kvadrat messenger 4 ref:008. Grey leather to be Andrew Muirhead or similar.

Existing door and frames retained.
