MAKING THEPRESSES THAT MAKE THE WORLD WORK

UPDATED WEBSITE: In In July 2019, we updated our website to better represent who we are and what we do. Our website features information on all of our products, both presses and briquetters. Under the applications page, customers can see the wide varitety of applications Neff has served in the past. The improved request a quote page will allow our customers to receive quotes if they provide us with the necessary information. Likewise the parts and service page will give our customers multiple options to contact Neff for parts and/or service for their presses. BENCH MODELS FLOOR MODELS COLUMN PRESSES

Neff Press designed and built a 400 ton, triple action column press. This press blanks and draws stainless steel

pressure vessel tops and bottoms with hydraulic dampening.

Neff Press designed and built a 250 ton Gib Guided press for the automotive industry. This press bends tubes prior to hydroforming. This press includes proThis press includes proportional tonnage control which will allow adjustment of the operating tonnage via the operator interface. This parameter will be stored with each recipe and may be recalled.

Neff Press designed and built a 40 ton C frame for the automotive industry. This C frame press performs three distinct processes. It utilizes a three station rotary tool changer that is mounted on the guided platen with the tools evenly spaced. The table position is

indicated via feedback to the PLC to verify the correct location has been achieved.

Neff integrated a special indNeff integrated a special index unit for stud installation. Once the operator prepares the hub, the ram will cycle once for each stud and

the hub will index until the hub is complete.
