During May we saw a strong surge of investment buyers push ahead of owner occupier purchasers. With the banking sector loosening up requirements for investors, a smaller deposit proved an incentive for savvy buyers to reach out to Cohen Handler. An exciting area for predicted investment potential, and where Cohen Handler’s latest crop of investment buyers’ agents are stationed is the South West Region of Sydney.

The South West is geographically defined as the area south of Mascot swinging around in a wide arc to encompass the major outer Sydney municipalities of Liverpool, Bankstown, Cabramatta as well as numerous suburbs such as Campsie, Punchbowl and further west to Badgerys Creek.
