REBATE PROCESS

• Submit the following information for refrigerator/freezer rebate: - Completed rebate form - Copy of detailed receipt with model number - Energy Guide label with ENERGY STAR symbol.

• Submit the following information after work is completed for heat pump: - Completed rebate form - Copy of detailed invoice with seasonal energy efficiency ratio (SEER). - Copy of AHRI Certificate of Product Rating (contractor can provide this certificate upon request).
