The average number of paupers on the Farm during the past

year was sixteen. The balance against the Farm, $1,354.45,

and the interest on its value, $840.00, making the average cost

of support $2.64 per week. The whole number of transient

persons stopping at the Almshouse during the year was 37.

State aid, at the present time, is paid as follows, viz :
