General Summary:

Structural Summary:The 2005 building is foundations, footings, main floor slab on grade, load bearing masonry, steel stud walls. Mezzanine is steel open web steel joist, concrete topped steel structure. Roof structure is open web steel joist supporting a metal deck. Structural condition: Good

Envelope Summary:Concrete block, steel stud assembly, split face block, stone, stucco finishes, pre-finished metal soffits. Pressed steel, aluminum windows and doors. Mechanical Summary:Ventilation system to entire building is provided by two indoor mounted air handling unit complete with gas firedheating sections. Heating is provided by two gas fired boilers serving perimeter radiation, ceiling radiant panels, unit heaters, force flowheaters and reheat coils.
