INTERPRETATION OF DREAMS AND VISIONS SEMINARMODULE ONE

RECALLING DREAMSWhat good is to have a revelatory dream if you cannot remember it?

Recalling Dreams

A good practice that permits increment the recalling of your dreams, is to keep a notebook, a journal or a voice recorder close to your bed; so after waking up you can record them.

Recalling DreamsWaking up, we can stamp in paper, or make a voice record about the dreams, impressions, or thoughts that we are keeping in our memory.Clue points are enough, next morning youll complete the log.

Recalling DreamsIt is very useful when you wake up not to move and keep your eyes closed, as this can help you to recall better the dream that you have just had.

Recalling DreamsIt is better to write down your dream as soon as possible. If we wait to log the dream later during the day, we can forget a great part of it, or the most important parts of the dream.

Recalling DreamsKeep in mind that sometimes during your daily activities, something that you do or happens or hear can cause a flashback of parts of the dream that you have forgot.

Recalling DreamsIn such a case, it is strongly recommended to take note of everything that comes to your mind; including what made you remember the dream.

Recalling DreamsAnother good technique to recall dreams is to pray to God to grant you a good recalling memory, so when you wake up you are able to remember your dream and write it down.

Recalling DreamsAnother technique is before sleeping to order your heart to wake you up on a gentle way when the dream is closed. This is something that Dr Mark Virkler recommends and it is very effective.
