    The south ends Premier Rental FacilityTukwilas AWARD-winning Community Center hosts tens of thousands of guests annually for avariety of special occasions. We can accommodate groups up to 500 people, with amenitiesthat include banquet facilities, large kitchen, gymnasium, classrooms, and ample free onsiteparking. Tukwila Parks & Recreation is dedicated to providing opportuni-ties for you to be active and lead a good, healthy, fun lifestyle.     Join volunteers to help restore this culturally significant park preserve.Activities include mulching, planting, and other restoration projects andare family friendly.     Tukwila Sister Cities

    Delegation trip to Japan!The Tukwila Sister Cities Committee is looking forShowalter Middle School students interested intravelling to Japan in the Spring 2012 (TukwilaSchool District Spring Break). On this trip you willhave the opportunity to learn about life in Japan, and how customs, food,culture, community and schools differ outside the United States.

    Cost for the trip is approximately $2,500, and covers the cost of airfare, allland transportations, hotels, some meals, and admissions to various activi-ties. Delegates will need some individual spending money for some mealsand souvenirs.

    Swim Lesson PoliciesPlease make sure your child hasbeen introduced to the pool setting

    and feels somewhat comfortablein the water prior to registering forlessons. Fami ly swims are excellentfor this exposure. If you have doubtsabout committing to a full session,then private lessons may be helpfulin determining your childs readi-ness for group lessons.

    Refunds will be given (minus a$5.00 processing fee) for programwithdrawals before the first day ofclass.
