Preface Peace and Blessings to You!
As a personal growth activist, I advocate living a
culture of health and wealth from within. This
book is a tool to help you revolutionize your
lifestyle beginning with your self. I wrote this
book in a potent format, ensuring brevity and
simplicity alongside value. It’s all meat and
potatoes. No fluff, just a practical philosophy to
introduce you to the Law of Self Creation. When
you adopt the principles in this book, you will
begin to see immediate results within yourself.
I wrote it with your empowerment in mind and
packed a lot of great information for you to learn
the first of the Law of Self Creation – and
practical ways to apply it. By reading this book
and using it to create your self you will be in the
top 5% of the population actively living a life of
empowerment.
I’ve used the same principles to live a culture of empowerment. But, what does it mean to
live a culture of empowerment? It means you have an internal focus for your sources of
health and wealth as opposed the mere materialism that plagues popular culture. It means
that you live on your terms and define success in your own way. It means being
accountable and responsible. It means being consciously involved with the becoming of
your present reality. It means being you, as defined by you!
Living an empowerment culture is a lifestyle. It calls for you to uplift others and expand
your idea of “self” to include everyone and everything. True empowerment is about

R e B i r t h C e r t i f i c a t e | 5

empowering your own universe and all that it contains. When you self-‐empower and
educate your own universe (SEE YOU) you will be able to see your world with greater
clarity, realizing the depths of wisdom veiled beneath the surface of your own
environment.
As you recreate your life you’ll determine what’s important for you to bring into existence.
You have your own creative gifts that are unique to you and, therefore, do not need to live a
stereotypical lifestyle of striving for transitory status symbols. For example, living a culture
of empowerment does not mean that you drive a certain type of car, live in a particular
home, or make a certain amount of money. Those are fun things to strive after and they can
serve a very important purpose but only if you decide they are important for you. Living an
empowered life is about how you perceive not just what you receive.
For you to be empowered you need to intuitively know that you possess the power to
define your world. It means that you have the self-‐image of a master and be a slave to
nothing. You need to believe that you can live life on your terms and achieve your goals.
This is how I live and this is how you can too by using the 3 step creative cycle discussed in
this book.
Lets Live It!

Jeremiah 1:5:
Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.
This Jeremiah 1:5 verse holds the recipe for your creative power. With this power you are
capable to give birth to your ideas and make them real in your life. In the following pages,
you will discover what this verse means for your life and how its message will help you
self-‐empower and educate (SEE) yourself and improve your quality of life.

YOUR ORIGINAL BIRTH
Your spiritual birth is your original birth. You were spiritually born before you were
physically born. This means that you existed before you were created in the flesh. This may
seem crazy but in this book I’ll show you how everything existed spiritually before being
physically created.
In the Jeremiah 1:5 verse, there are 3 key words that illustrate this principle. The words are
knew, womb, and formed. With them, you will see how the principle of everything existing
spiritually prior to its physical conception is pervasive in the creative cycle. This creative
cycle is universal for the creation of all things. It has been used throughout history and in
the present. Everyone that uses or has used the creative cycle may not refer to it explicitly
when they create their ideas into physical form but the process is exactly what is taking
place in their work.
The 3 Step Creative Cycle
Listed below are the 3 steps to the creative cycle.
1. Knew (Know or Knowledge)
2. Womb (Wisdom)
3. Formed (Form)
Each word is derived from the Jeremiah 1:5 verse
with its synonym beside it. I annotated each word
with its synonym because I will be using them
interchangeably throughout the book when the concepts are discussed. They will each be
fully explained in the next few pages, beginning with “Knew (Know or Knowledge)”:
KNEW (KNOW OR KNOWLEDGE)
Knowledge is the first step in the creative process. This is how your existence began – as
knowledge – and it enabled your spiritual birth. Your spiritual birth was the real beginning
of your existence.
“The place for knowledge to be born is the womb. The womb is the place of wisdom where knowledge begins to manifest its tangible form.”

R e B i r t h C e r t i f i c a t e | 10
www.DionBaker.com
That means you already existed by the time your parents conceived the idea of you. At that
time you did not exist in the flesh or as anything tangible but you did exist as an idea in
their minds. The knowledge of you simply had yet to manifest into form – your human
body.
Knowledge has a lot of potential power but it can only come into being when it is properly
focused. It must be channeled into a specific place in order to be made tangible and be
born. The place for knowledge to be born is the womb. The womb is the place of wisdom
where knowledge begins to manifest its tangible form.
WOMB (WISDOM)
Wisdom is defined as knowledge in action toward a constructive purpose. Combining
knowledge with an actual purpose for it to manifest is the only way that the knowledge will
take form. For your knowledge to take form, it needs to be focused through wisdom.
Wisdom – knowledge in action – creates the conditions for knowledge to physically form.
Focus
Knowledge needs a specific place for its power to be
focused so that it can grow. The knowledge of you –
held in the mind of your parents – was focused into
your mother’s womb so that you could grow and
take form. It’s exactly what you learned in your
sexual education class; your father’s sperm fertilized
your mother’s egg and she became pregnant. This
kick started the process of transforming the
knowledge of you into its physical form identified as
your human body.
If the knowledge of you were not focused in the womb you would never have been given
the tangible form of your human body. You’d simply be knowledge without focus and
without form. But since the knowledge of you was focused in the womb you began to take
Through the example of your birth, you see that wisdom is the only way for knowledge to become real and be given form.

tangible form. In the womb, the knowledge of you started off as an embryo and all of your
organs, muscles, and limbs began to form from thereon. Your parents performed the
actions (your father’s sperm fertilizing your mother’s egg) that resulted in your mother’s
pregnancy and you being formed.
Manifest
The womb is the site of your physical construction. It is the specific place where the
knowledge of you began to manifest. Your mother’s womb is the place where the
knowledge of you took tangible form. After 9 months, your physical body was ready and
your mother gave birth. At last, you were born.
Through the example of your physical birth, you see that wisdom – knowledge in action
toward a constructive purpose – is the only way for knowledge to become real and be given
form. Wisdom is what enabled each cell to know its role and collaborate in the
construction of your physical body while in the womb. The knowledge of you was used to
construct the blueprint for your organs, muscles, and limbs into one complete human body.
With wisdom, the cells were able to actualize their knowledge through unity and
collaborative purpose.
FORM (FORMED)
Wisdom brings knowledge into actual form. In short, it actualizes knowledge. It makes
knowledge tangible, real, and evident. When knowledge is actualized by wisdom over the
appropriate length of time, the knowledge converts into form. When wisdom actualizes
knowledge into its given form the creative cycle is complete.
Here is a diagram reviewing the 3 steps to the creative cycle:

www.DionBaker.com
The creative cycle is continuous, non-‐stop, and never ending. Even after you bring your
knowledge into being through wisdom and give it form, your creation is refined with new
knowledge and wisdom, and provided new forms continuously. Creation is constant and
form is ever changing as knowledge is actualized with varied types of wisdom.
The Architect, Painter, and Inventor
All creators and their creations carry out these same creative steps – know, womb, and
form. An architect may use the words blueprint, site, and skyscraper. A painter may use the
words inspiration, easel, and painting. An inventor may use the words concept, workshop,
and model. Regardless, the process is still the same and each of these scenarios still follows
the same 3 step creative cycle. The architect, painter, and inventor each have the idea
(skyscraper, painting, model) in existence prior to giving birth to the idea’s physical form.
You’ve already seen how the 3 step creative cycle applied to your physical birth. Now, to
help you gain a deeper understanding of how the creative cycle applies to the real world,
I’ll show you exactly how the architect, painter, and inventor each puts the 3 step creative
cycle to work.

The Architect
An architect’s knowledge of the skyscraper pre-‐
exists its manifestation into a building towering
thousands of feet above. In order to give birth to
her knowledge she needs to use the 3 step creative
cycle. The architect will be inspired with her vision
and make a blueprint (know), and organize the
machinery, workers, and materials and work at
the construction site (womb) to give birth to the
skyscraper (form). The architect chooses the
construction site to focus her knowledge until the
skyscraper reaches its completion in its final form.
The famous architect Maya Lin is quoted as saying, “Architecture is like a mythical fantastic.
It has to be experienced. It can't be described. We can draw it up and we can make models
of it, but it can only be experienced as a complete whole.” Experiencing the mythical
architecture (know) as a complete whole requires that it be built at a specific place
(womb). When it becomes a complete whole (form) we can all mutually experience it.
The Painter
The painter may be inspired with the image of a beautiful painting to create. For her, the
mental image of the painting pre-‐exists its manifestation onto the easel as fine art worth
millions. But how will she give birth to her inspired idea and create the painting? To give
birth to her inspiration, the painter focuses her mental image (know) and uses paints and
brushes to illustrate her mental image on the canvas (womb) until the fine art painting
(form) is complete.
One of the most famous painters in the world, Pablo Picasso, said, “I paint objects as I think
them, not as I see them.” In other words, he used his mind to create the painting first
(know) prior to actually creating it in on the canvas (womb) as fine art (form). The process
“You can use the very same process to recreate your life. Right now, you can create an idea and spark it into existence, catalyzing its spiritual birth.”

helped him catalogue over 18,000 artworks and became one of the most prolific painters
ever known.
The Inventor
The inventor, inspired with the idea for the latest
gadget, also uses the 3 step creative cycle to give
birth to her idea. To create the gadget, she’ll draw
the concept (know) and acquire the materials,
tools, and technology to assemble it on the
workbench (womb) for its construction as a
finished model (form). The inventor must take
action to make her knowledge into a functional
gadget. In due time the gadget is completed and
ready for use.
The same principle is echoed by one of history’s greatest inventors, Thomas Edison. As one
of the most prolific inventors in history, he is quoted as saying, “The value of an idea lies in
the using of it.” In other words, if you don’t put your ideas to work and actualize them with
wisdom they won’t take form. Knowledge has a lot of potential power but it needs to be properly focused and it needs action.
Everything that you have around you was created with the 3 step creative cycle – know,
womb, and form. The computer that you use, the cell phone in your pocket, and the chair
you’re sitting in each pre-‐existed their physical forms. For each of these products, someone
had the idea (know) and found a place to build it (womb) so that it could be finished
(form). Everything around you existed in somebody’s mind prior to it being given a body
(form). The same holds true for your creation as well.
ReCreate Your Life
You can use the 3 step creative cycle to recreate your life right now. The second you have
an idea enter your mind it is making itself known to you and proclaiming its existence. This
“It is through the striving, focus, and determination to ascend the ladder within your own self that you will transcend your self-‐imposed limitations.”

corresponds to the first step of the creative cycle – know. Any idea you have is an idea that
is already spiritually born.
Knowledge is Critical
In the first step of the creative cycle, knowledge is
critical. Without knowledge you have no
foundation to create anything. Without knowledge
there is nothing for you to act upon. That is why
you need to know! Knowledge precedes
everything. So strive to know by learning all that
you can. This will enhance your creativity.
After you know your idea, find the proper places and tools to focus your ideas so that your
knowledge can manifest itself and you can begin witnessing its construction. Seek wisdom
and wise counsel so that your knowledge is provided opportunities for growth and
manifestation. This corresponds to the second step of the creative process. In time, the idea
that only existed as knowledge will be born in the womb and given form, completing the
third and final step of the creative cycle.
WHEN WERE YOU SPIRITUALLY BORN?
You are more than just a body; you are a spirit having a bodily experience. Therefore, the
birth date written on your physical birth certificate does not tell the entire story. Your
physical birth certificate from city hall only shows your physical birth date.
In the 3 step creative cycle, your physical birth is the last step – form. Your regular birth
certificate is accurate for your body but it entirely omits your spiritual birth that begins in
the first step of the creative cycle. It does not consider your existence as knowledge before
being placed in the womb and given your final form. It does not tell the date of your original
birth – your spiritual birth, your real beginning. For that reason, your regular birth
certificate has the wrong birth date. We celebrate your real birth date with the ReBirth
Certificate that shows you were born in the year infinity.
“Your idea will be
stillborn without the
focused efforts to
make it manifest.”

R e B i r t h C e r t i f i c a t e | 16

YOU WERE BORN IN THE YEAR INFINITY
Although this may seem crazy, you were born in the year infinity. Your existence began the
moment you were conceived in the mind of the Creator -‐ the universal energy that is
behind all apparent order and chaos. When were you conceived in the Creator’s mind? You
were conceived at the beginning of time. And since the beginning of time is undefined and
proceeds indefinitely into the past, we assign the concept of infinity. Infinity is the
mathematical concept signified with a “figure-‐eight” (∞) for quantities without limit or end.
The universe, galaxies, planets, stars, moon, earth, and everything that has ever existed
began at the same moment you did. At one point, each of them were just knowledge pre-‐
existing their physical forms. Just like them, you started as an idea within the Creator’s
mind as knowledge – the first step in the creative cycle. This was your spiritual birth and it
commenced your spiritual existence. Therefore, this means you were around to witness the
beginning of the universe itself and all of creation. The Creator focused its knowledge
(know) into the physical world (womb) so that you could become the person (form) you
are today.
YOU ARE LIMITLESS BY NATURE
It is through the striving, focus, and determination to ascend the ladder within your own
self that you will transcend your self-‐imposed limitations. As you continue to break your
own barriers you will come to realize that the only one imposing those barriers is you. Your
limitations are self-‐imposed. When you consider that you are from the knowledge in the
mind of an infinite Creator capable of actualizing anything, you begin to realize that self-‐
imposed limitations are shackles that we adhere to our own spirits. Instead of being a
master, we demote ourselves to slaves serving the perceived limitations of the given
circumstances. In the spiritual sense, slavery is a mentality with shackles that can be
unlocked with proper wisdom.
Throughout history, limits have been surpassed with every triumph, reaffirming your
capacity to surmount the walls once believed to be impassible. The sound barrier has been

R e B i r t h C e r t i f i c a t e | 17
www.DionBaker.com
broken multiple times. What was once the tallest skyscraper in the world is no longer the
tallest since another has emerged to surpass it. A computer used to take up an entire room
and now, nanotechnology has shrunk it down to the molecular level. Barriers are meant to
be broken. History has proven it is within your nature to break these limits!
Giving Birth to Your Ideas
Using the 3 step creative cycle – know, womb, and form – you can begin to recreate your
life right now. To recreate your life, you must begin with the knowledge of what you will
bring into existence. You must know it! Describe your idea in detail so that you can give
birth to your knowledge.
Be precise when describing your idea. Detail your idea and illustrate exactly what you will
create. Write down your idea onto a piece of paper, discuss it with a supportive friend, or
simply keep it on the forefront of your mind. The point is to capture your idea by
communicating your knowledge of it intelligibly.
You must know that your idea will translate itself into its physical form. The cliché still
stands true; if you do not consider it is possible then it will be impossible. Be willing to
focus your energies into manifesting your idea (know) into the specific places (womb) that
will make them real (form). Your idea will be stillborn without the focused efforts to make
it manifest.
Action Steps
For each step of the creative cycle, here are actions for you to implement in giving birth to your ideas:
KNOW
• Write it. Keep a pen and paper with you at all times. When an idea comes to you it is
important that you are ready to capture it. Nowadays, I also like to use my phone to
take notes and send it to myself, or keep it in a folder of unsent message drafts.

R e B i r t h C e r t i f i c a t e | 18
www.DionBaker.com
• Organize it. Maintain a pocket journal, whiteboard, or digital medium for keeping
your ideas preserved and intact. Keeping an organized catalogue of your ideas
ensures easy referencing and solidifies the necessary organizational skills needed
for your idea’s healthy birth. Organizing your ideas can be made easier when you
write it into a particular journal, planner, or annotate it on a digital device with
shared data.
• Keep it visible. See your idea on a regular basis. This helps you feed it so that it will
continue growing strong. Stay in tune everything that you’re doing and you’ll see a
lot of threads weaving between seemingly disparate brainstorms.
WOMB
• Be active. Wisdom is defined as knowledge in action toward a constructive purpose.
Without taking action, your idea will be stillborn. Know what you will need others to
help with and what you can accomplish yourself. Bottom line: whatever you can do,
do it now. It may be as simple as giving someone a call.
• Partner up. Find others that have given birth to ideas like yours and who can help
bring your ideas to life. Your partners will help reinforce your confidence. Look
online to find groups meeting in your local area with your interests and visit at their
next meeting. If you have trouble finding a group with your interests, create it. You
can do the same thing with networking websites to find individuals with similar
interests and start building.
• Listen up. Be willing to listen with all of your senses – hearing, sight, touch, taste,
smell, and thought – so that you can gather the details that will bring your idea into
form. This will help you learn everything you need to know to give birth to your
knowledge and keep it healthy.

www.DionBaker.com
FORM
• Live it. Exemplify your idea and vivify it with your own personality. It’s your life
and your ideas are an extension of you and part of your being. With your
uniqueness, they’ll have a fingerprint like no other. You’ll also benefit by building
rapport, credibility, and demonstrating integrity by being the exemplar.
• Learn it. As you live your idea you’ll become more familiar with its nuances. Be
courageous in your self-‐expression and continue to implement your knowledge
constructively and with purpose. Overtime, you’ll encounter a growing number of
situations that will lead you to examine your ideas. This will force you to grapple
with the intricacies and subtleties that will cultivate your expertise.
• Love it. Show yourself the love and respect needed to self-‐empower and educate
your own universe (SEE YOU). You are born infinite with the power to create
yourself, your world, and break your self-‐imposed barriers. Focus your energy into
improving your quality of life so that you can be everything you already are –
infinite. Remember to enjoy the creative process along the way.
Your Declaration of Empowerment
Now that I’ve provided you with action steps to take, the next step is for you to follow
through with your commitment to being living a culture of empowerment. Start with the
simple action steps above and you will witness positive changes happening overtime.
Declare your commitment to live a constructive lifestyle and give birth to YOU!
