RETURN POLICY Returns on clothing, swimwear, footwear, jewelry and fashion accessories are accepted for manufacturer defects only. Defective merchandise must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of order. Please note: damage to packaging & handling materials (plastic bags, tape, boxes) does not constitute product damage. To report defective merchandise, call Heartland’s customer service at 1-800-554-8268 or email [email protected]. Please have the original invoice number available for purchase verification. All returns require a detailed list of items being returned and descriptions of defects. Tags must still be attached. Upon approval of return, the customer will be issued a return authorization (RA) number. The RA number must appear on the box being returned. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay shipping fees on merchandise being returned. The customer is responsible for packaging items sufficiently to avoid damage during shipping. If a return is not authorized, Heartland reserves the right to refuse or discard the product.
