What We’ve Learned
Simplify! We learned to simplify our OE and new hire materials.
• Previously, we had OE packets with multiple flyers and rate sheets.
• Now we do a simpler, quick enrollment guide plus an interactive, digital guide.
Provide as many options as possible – both digital and print!
• We distribute print materials to each location rather than employee homes, because address maintenance is such a challenge.
• Our employees like videos – since we can’t conveniently do traditional on-site OE meetings, we rely on the educational videos and recorded webinars.
