The Process…

• The saw cuts a part and signals the label printer.• ARDIS Real-Time intercepts and translates the

signal into a label report

• A label is printed at a compatible label printer

• The label is placed on the part

• Edgebanding information is listed on the part label.• The part is sent to the edgebander (as required).

• The barcode is scanned….

• The CNC program is loaded.

• Label printing is synchronized with part production so that parts can be labeled as soon

as they are produced. This reduces confusion and ensures that finished parts are

immediately identifiable.

• In conjunction with a barcode scanner, parts can be scanned at multiple machining

centers and the appropriate program automatically loaded onto the machine.
