ABOUT THE PROJECT:

To build a Data Acquisition system to measure temperature

from 24 channels at a time using a single Digital

MultiMeter(DMM). Using National Instruments Lab VIEW, NI PXI,

NI DMM & NI SWITCH, measurements made from 24 sensors at a

time made possible with 200cycles/sec

The customer is the Multinational company who serves a

wide range of industries with their component and sub-system

needs-state-of art refrigeration , air conditioning components

and controls, VLT® Drives and a range of heating valves, controls

& solutions for HVAC, district cooling & under floor heating

applications.

Labview programming

Calibration and Integration of DMM and PXI switch.

Project Features:

The Real Time Data Acquisition System for temperature

sensor measurements.

PC based embedded data acquisition.

6 ½ Digit Digital Multimeter with maximum of 20 sensors

can be connected.

High speed DMM switching time (200cycles/sec).

Measures multiple parameters such as voltage, milliampere

and ohms for the sensor.

The below screen is the settings screen, used to configure the sensors connected to the DMM.

The below screen is the online monitor screen which is used to view the data’s that has been measured.
