ED  Investment  Strategy  

Posterity  One’s  financial  strategy  is  based  in  capital  protec:on  and  risk-­‐adjusted  income.  Profit  is  derived  from  transac:ons  by  nego:a:ng  a  spread  between  two  private  par:es,  using  leverage  to  mul:ply  buying  power  and  closing  our  posi:on  in  a  riskless  principal  transac:on  sequence  that  is  then  repeated.  Profits  also  come  from  buying  and  holding  rental  income  proper:es  long  term.  

Strict  and  Transparent  Inves0ng  Policy  Our  investment  policy  and  methodology  only  permits  the  purchase  of  investment  opportuni:es,  which  are  offered  at  a  discount  to  fair  market  value,  and  is  further  condi:oned  on  a  near  simultaneous  forward  sale  or  covered  posi:on  thereby  locking  in  the  profit.  

Business  Model  &  Profit  Drivers    

The  Posterity  business  model  is  to  successfully  iden:fy  both  newly  issued  and  secondary  market  opportuni:es  to  buy  and  sell  real  estate.  

 The  profit  drivers  are:    • Spread  –  difference  between  the  ini:al  buy  and  the  ensuing  sell  price  

• Leverage  –  ability  to  borrow  to  increase  the  size  of  a  profitable  trade  or  posi:on.  

• Frequency  –  number  of  :mes  transac:ons  can  be  executed  

Iden<fying  Risk  

While  there  are  several  risks  in  the  real  estate  market,  there  are  three  that  an  investor  must  pay  special  aXen:on  to.    

• The  first  is  investment  strategy.    • The  second  is  execu:on  which  is  the  risk  related  to  successfully  implemen:ng  the  investment  strategy.    

• The  third  is  to  understand  the  ins:tu:onal  level  of  protec:ons  that  are  in  place  to  prevent  something  from  going  wrong.    

We  have  taken  numerous  steps  to  substan:ally  mi:gate  these  three  risk  categories.  

Risk  Mi<ga<on  

We  have  established  a  transparent  investment  strategy  under  which  we  engage  in  matched  trades  (riskless  arbitrage)  or  hold  short  term  investments  and  covered  posi:ons.  By  restric:ng  ourselves  to  capital  protected  and  or  matched  trade  transac:ons,  underlying  risks  related  to  investments  in  the  real  estate  market  are  significantly  mi:gated  as  this  strategy  will  not  leave  us  significantly  exposed.    

Execu<on  

An  investor  faces  the  risk  that  we  may  not  successfully  execute  the  intended  investment  strategy  so  that  investor  earns  the  targeted  returns.  For  these  reasons,  we  have  done  extensive  due  diligence  to  inden:fy  numerous  credit  worthy  capital  partners  in  order  to  minimize  market  risk.  

 We  have  formed  strategic  alliances  with  those  that  have  the  ability  to  source  and  execute  transac:on  consistent  with  our  strategy.
