The villas can be included in the Areias do Seixo Hotel’s tourism system, where the villa is managed and included in the local accommodation programme and made available to guests. The proprietor is able to reserve the villa for personal use, without any time limit (days/weeks). This arrangement guarantees free use of the house throughout the year, or there is the option of releasing the property for tourism, thus maximizing the returns on investment.

Vasco Vieira studied in South Africa and has been designing architecture on the Algarve for the last ten years. He was Head Architect and Construction Director for the Vale do Lobo Resort, a luxury resort recognised as one of the best in the world. In December 2004, he was nominated as one of the top 10 interna-tional architects by Homes Overseas ma-gazine.

Areias do Seixo started as a dream; a dream to create a charming hotel, where people from the four corners of the world would be welcomed in a single place! Today, this dream has come true! The first phase was to build and sell the villas, which nestle closest to the hotel. Areias do Seixo then started the second phase of villas, which again welcome people from around the world!The decoration and landscaping of these villas have also been undertaken with great enthusiasm and dedication.

The Hotel’s decoration team applied the concept favoured throughout Areias do Seixo – that of eco-techno-hippie-chic! Their main premise was to create unique and distinct areas that are comfortable, ultra-tasteful and super-creative – a real heart and soul experience!

Managers Marta Fonseca and Gonçalo Alves focussed firmly on

their dream to build and manage a charming hotel… a dream that has come true! They are also involved
