Reaffirmation of Independence In the course of human events, it has become necessary for the American people to dissolve the political bands which connected them with the government of this great nation, and to restore the power to those who are individually and collectively entitled to possess it; the American people. A decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they who hereby declare a reaffirmation of their independence from the oppression of any government, even our own, should declare the causes which compel them to reaffirm separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men and women are created equal, that they are endowed with certain unalienable rights. That among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. – That to secure these rights, a new form of government was instituted, deriving it’s just powers from the consent of the governed, and to the benefit of the governed. That whenever this form of government becomes destructive of these ends, seeks to derive its powers from the subjugation of its people, or through any act absent of the consent of its people, that its people shall be not merely granted the eternal right to abolish it, rather they are burdened with the obligation and duty to alter it or abolish it and institute a new form of government. That the new government shall be built upon a foundation constructed from the principles set forth by our founding fathers, organizing its power in a manner most likely to secure until the end of time, the safety and happiness of its people as the indomitable national priority. That the wisdom of those men and women of generations past whose unyielding commitment to the preservation of freedom be not lost in the razing of a government rotten with corruption. That the Federal Reserve Bank shall be stripped of its power and the Constitution be amended to include such a law that so guarantees that the people of this nation shall never be subject to the enslavement by debt which history has proven a central bank’s purpose to be. That a government constructed anew shall pass the test of public criticism deriving from the cold, calculating, unimpassioned reason of a sober, generally intelligent, and honorable citizen. Only when the pillars of the temple of liberty begin to crumble shall we exercise this right to abolish the government whose care the temple of liberty was placed therein. Only when the government chosen by our predecessors has failed to defend the hallowed temple grounds which it was appointed caretaker and protector of, shall we as a people have just cause to raze the pillars eroded by the corruption of power. Only when the decayed ruins have been banished from these hallowed grounds, shall we look to the blueprints left by our founding fathers, from which we as a people can restore the glorious pillars of the temple of liberty. Cause for such extreme action must not arise from the impulsive desires of the people, as such an abuse of the collective powers of the people stands as the penultimate contradiction to the very purpose our forefathers ensured that the people’s right to reclaim misplaced power shall not be denied. Our people need not look past our nation’s founding documents for guidance as to the manner in which the existence of just cause to abolish our government of present form can be confirmed, or refuted. The charges that were once levied against the British Crown contain within them the injustices which have withstood the test of time and remained relevant in the evolved modern world of present day. Together these injustices constitute a cause for action for the abolishment of the present form of government. Reaffirmation of Independence

This, the patient suffering which compelled the people of generations past to reject and cast off a government which infringed on the unalienable rights of individual liberty, is one of the material elements from which our great nation was forged and should this be in present day, once again the suffrage of the American people they shall be compelled to reject and cast off the government which infringed upon the rights of its people once more and forge a new national government which galvanizes the American people. A nation reborn we shall be, embracing the idea that the people and their rights are not in fact to be considered to be independent forces, rather they shall be an inseparable alloy, an alloy from which the sword of revolution shall be made in defense of liberty and freedom. As the subject and purpose of this document is not unique, its composition being for want of a reaffirmation of the separation between the people and ALL governments who attempt to subject them to tyranny, we submit to a candid world and a discerning public, the facts which compelled our forefathers to declare separation in the Declaration of independence, alongside which the facts which compel our people in the present day to reaffirm the previous declaration. These facts, similar in nature and differing greatly in merely the generations which the suffrages were imposed upon, are presented for the purpose of comparative analysis and determination of the warranted need for action.

The Facts Presented in the Declaration of Independence(Regarding the Actions of King George III)

1. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

2. He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

3. He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only. 

4. He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures. 

5. He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.6. He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of

Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

7. He has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

8. He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.9. He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.10. He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.11. He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.12. He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.13. He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving

his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:a. For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:b. For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of

these States:c. For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:d. For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent: e. For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:f. For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offencesg. For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighboring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government,

and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:

h. For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

i. For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

14. He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.15. He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.16. He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny,

already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

17. He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands. 

18. He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

The Facts Presented in the Reaffirmation of Independence(Regarding the Comparable Actions of President Barrack Obama and a Complicit Federal Government)

1. Immigration enforcement, protection of the right to bear arms, et seq.2. Withdrawal of federal healthcare subsidies from states who’s Governors refused to expand Medicaid.3. Not relevant.4. targeted, starved, extorted, and in the case of a few murdered at the direction of our government’s leadership.

6. The persistent expansion of government-regulated aspects of American life, without the consent of the people.7. The continued refusal to slow the influx, and subsequent encouragement of increased flow of illegal immigrants into the U.S.

devalues the legitimately obtained citizenship of law-abiding legal immigrants.8. The regular refusal to adhere to court-ordered providence of documents, emails, et seq for the purpose of Judicial inquiry. 9. Alleged actions similar in nature have not yet been proven factual.10. The expansion of government bureaucracy through the invasion and subsequent regulation of even the most private aspects

of American life.11. Jade Helm 15, the militarization of law enforcement.12. In place of military, insert militarized police forces.13. Disregard for the Constitution and ruling by executive fiat.

cities.16. Left $2billion in U.S. military equipment for the Islamic State to claim and now put into battle. Provided firearms to Mexican

drug cartels during Operation Fast and Furious.17. GOP coerced complicity.18. He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of enemy states, the

merciless jihad, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

The Testimony of Our Founding FathersThe Second Revolutionary War - Abolishment of the Federal Reserve

“We have no poor houses in the Colonies; and if we had some, there would be nobody to put in them, since there is, in the Colonies, not a single unemployed person, neither beggars nor tramps.”  - Benjamin Franklin

He was asked why the working class in the colonies were so prosperous.“That is simple. In the Colonies, we issue our own paper money. It is called ‘Colonial Scrip.’ We issue it in proper proportion to make the goods and pass easily from the producers to the consumers. In this manner, creating ourselves our own paper money, we control its purchasing power and we have no interest to pay to no one.”  - Benjamin Franklin

Soon afterward, the English bankers demanded that the King and Parliament pass a law that prohibited the colonies from using their scrip money.  Only gold and silver could be used which would be provided by the English bankers.  This began the plague of debt based money in the colonies that had cursed the English working class.

The first law was passed in 1751, and then a harsher law was passed in 1763.  Franklin claimed that within one year, the colonies were filled with unemployment and beggars, just like in England, because there was not enough money to pay for the goods and work. The money supply had been cut in half.

Franklin, who was one of the chief architects of the American independence, wrote:“The Colonies would gladly have borne the little tax on tea and other matters had it not been the poverty caused by the bad influence of the English bankers on the Parliament, which has caused in the Colonies hatred of England and the Revolutionary War.”  - Benjamin Franklin

This opinion was confirmed by great statesmen of his era: "I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. Already they have raised up a monied aristocracy that has set the government at defiance. The issuing power (of money) should be taken away from the banks and restored to the people to whom it properly belongs."   - Thomas Jefferson

“History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling the money and its issuance.”  - James Madison

“Banks have done more injury to the religion, morality, tranquility, prosperity, and even wealth of the nation than they can have done or ever will do good.”  - John Adams

English historian John Twells wrote about the money of the colonies, the colonial Scrip:“It was the monetary system under which America’s Colonies flourished to such an extent that Edmund Burke was able to write about them: ‘Nothing in the history of the world resembles their progress. It was a sound and beneficial system, and its effects led to the happiness of the people. In a bad hour, the British Parliament took away from America its representative money, forbade any further issue of bills of credit, these bills ceasing to be legal tender, and ordered that all taxes should be paid in coins. Consider now the consequences: this restriction of the medium of exchange paralyzed all the industrial energies of the people.  Ruin took place in these once flourishing Colonies; most rigorous distress visited every family and every business, discontent became desperation, and reached a point, to use the words of Dr. Johnson, when human nature rises up and assets its rights.”

Peter Cooper, industrialist and statesman wrote:“After Franklin gave explanations on the true cause of the prosperity of the Colonies, the Parliament exacted laws forbidding the use of this money in the payment of taxes. This decision brought so many drawbacks and so much poverty to the people that it was the main cause of the Revolution. The suppression of the Colonial money was a much more important reason for the general uprising than the Tea and Stamp Act.”

Our Founding Fathers knew that without financial independence and sovereignty there could be no other lasting freedoms.  Our freedoms and national sovereignty are being lost because most people do not understand our money system.

“All the perplexities, confusion, and distress in America arise not from defects of the Constitution, not from want of honor or virtue, so much as from downright ignorance of the nature of coin, credit, and circulation.”  -John Adams

In every stage of these oppressions, we have petitioned for redress in a most humble manner. These repeated petitions have been answered only by retaliation and repeated injury. A President whose character is justifiably marked by nearly every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

We have not lacked the reasonable effort to communicate to those people elected to our federal government. One many occasions we have warned them of attempts by their numerous agencies to impose an unwarranted jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our fore-fathers emigration here and our continued settlement of these lands. We have appealed to their justice and magnanimity, and we have attempted to persuade them of the ties of our common kindred to renounce these usurpations, which work tirelessly to interrupt our commonality. They too have been consumed by the providence of power, misplaced unto their hands. They too have ignored our appeals and fallen deaf to the voice of justice. Therefore we the people, must, for want of the preservation of our separation from tyranny, accede the necessity and hold them, as the entirety of mankind is held; enemies in war, friends in peace.

We, the undersigned representatives of all similarly situated free men and women, collectively the people of the free republic of the United States of America,

in the clear and present absence of dignified and honorable representation in our Congress, assembled in spirit to appeal to the people of this great nation and the world for the virtue of our intentions, in the name and by the authority of the good people of this nation, do publish and declare earnestly, that these states are and of right ought to be free and independent states, that they are absolved from allegiance to a government which refuses to obtain the assent of its people in the course of setting forth laws which govern the people. That any political, or other connection between the people and the federal government ought to be dissolved, and that the writings of Thomas Jefferson be held as attestation of this Reaffirmation of Independence…

“That as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”

With reverence to the supreme laws of the Constitution of the United States of America, I do hereby solemnly declare a reaffirmation of my independence from the unjust rule of all governments, foreign and domestic, whose actions are akin to those of tyrannical rule.
