Reading List Builder (RLB)
Starting with Reading List Builder via TRACS can be a huge timesaver.
Many of the resources listed individually on this guide are searchable using Start Your Research, and Reading List Builder is based on Start Your Research content.

Getting StartedTo use RLB, you’ll be activating access in a
TRACS site that you’ll first need to set up for your class.
In the TRACS site click:
Site Info Edit Tools External Tools Reading List Continue
Rename External Tool by changing “Reading List” text to wording you prefer

Name your List

Click Continue

Once you click Finish, you’ll see your new list in the tools column, “Readings” in the example here.

Building Your Reading List
Click on your Reading List tool on the left, then click the url at the top to launch in a new window.

The search below is what you should see next and a search for
citations can now be done.

Click here once you’re done adding citations
