xi. 7th July: Conducted meeting to decide on Self Defense project, induction of new

member, crutches supply and membership fees collection (Ravindra Bhavan)

xii. 12th July: Attended felicitation of eminent footballer Laxmikant Kattimani with

Rotary.

xiii. 12th July: Birthday celebrations of Rotarians and Annettes followed by Fellowship

dinner with Rotary.

xiv. 15th July: Attended RaC Panjim installation.

xv. 16th July: Attended RaC Vasco installation.

xvi. 16th July: Fellowship dinner at Sheila's.

xvii. 23rd July: Fellowship snacks at Da Tita, Majorda.

xviii. 24th July: Attended Mapusa trek at Valpoi.

xix. 28th July: Meeting at Ravindra Bhavan for Leadership forum+ cricket

tournament+ picnic+ cloth donation.

xx. 31st July: Participated in the Leadership forum at GIT Belgaum.

Project 1: Food distribution @ Gandhi Market, Margao

Date: 25th June 2016

VENUE: Gandhi Market, Margao

PROJECT CHAIRMAN: Lionel Gomes

ATTENDANCES: Club Rtrs: 5 Visiting Rtrs: 0 Others: 0

DETAILS: Following our club installation on 25th July evening, we distributed food

to around 10 hungry people sleeping on the streets of Margao, Gandhi Market.

This act of kindness at midnight came as a surprise to the people and they were

elated as can be seen from the photos.

Project 2: RaC Ponda Installation


VENUE: Minguel’s Ambience, Ponda

DETAILS: We attended RAC Ponda Installation at Minguel’s Ambience, Ponda.

Project 3: Club Installation


VENUE: Rotary Club of Margao Hall, Fatorda



DETAILS: Our Club installation was held on 25th June 2016 at Rotary Club of

Margao Hall. Installing officer PDRR Gautam Verlekar, installed our club president

for 2016-17 Rtr. Tanmay Mahajan and his Board of Directors in the presence of

other Rotaractors, Rotarians and Inner wheel members. The installation was

followed by fellowship dinner and entertainment.

Project 4: Fellowship at Cremeux


VENUE: Cremeux, Panjim - Goa


ATTENDANCES: Club Rtrs: 11 Visiting Rtrs: - Others: 1

DETAILS: Following the hectic week post club installation, our rotractors decided to

enjoy Sunday afternoon to unwind and relax at Cremeux Panjim. The gathering

was also used to decide upon various key activities to be conducted this year.

Project 5: RaC Mapusa Installation


VENUE: Goa State Museum, Patto.



DETAILS: We attended RaC Mapusa Installation at Goa state museum, Panaji.

Project 6: Rotary Club of Margao Installation hosted by Rotaractors


VENUE: Metropole Hall, Margao

PROJECT CHAIRMAN: Rufus Quadros


DETAILS: The Rotary Club of Margao installation was held on 29th June 2016.

Rotaractors played a key role in helping organize the event and also hosted the

event.

Project 7: Innerwheel Club of Margao Installation

DETAILS: Our Rotaractors attended the Innerwheel Club of Margao Installation at

BPS Club hall.

Project 8: RaC Curchorem Sanvordem Installation

Date: 2nd July 2016

DETAILS: We attended the installation of Curchorem Sanvordem at Sanvordem




Project 9: General Body Meeting

Date: 7th July 2016

Date: 12th July 2016




DETAILS: Our rotaractors were a part of the felicitation of renowned footballer

Laxmikant Kattimani by Rotary Club of Margao, at Rotary Club of Margao Hall,

Fatorda.

Project 11: Birthday Boys Celebration for July 2016





DETAILS: We celebrated the cake cutting ceremony of Rotractors, Rotarians, Annes

and Annettes born in the month of July.

VENUE: Hotel Manoshanti.



DETAILS: 5 of our rotaractors attended the installation ceremony of RaC Panjim at

Hotel Manoshanti.

Club of Vaco hall, Tilak Maidan, Vasco

Project 14: Fellowship at Sheilas

DETAILS: Post RaC Vasco installation rotaractors got together for fellowship dinner

at Sheilas Vasco.

DETAILS: We had a fellowship dinner at Da Titas Majorda. We discussed various

points such as membership building, upcoming projects etc.

DETAILS: A meeting was held at Ravindra Bhavan to decide on participation in

Leadership Forum, fundraiser cricket tournament, Club Picnic and Cloth Donation

Project 18: 44th Leadership Forum-Impulse

Date: 31st July 2016

VENUE: GIT, Belgaum



DETAILS: We attended the Annual leadership forum which was held at GIT Belgaum

on 31st July 2016. Each of our BOD members were trained in their particular role.

We also got an opportunity to interact with members of other clubs. Also the club

won 2 awards, Best Club in Professional service and Best Club in Rotary Rotaract

relations. President, Rtr. Tanmay Mahajan was also appointed as the Rotary

Rotaract Relations Officer for District 3170.

Project 19: Club Installation



PROJECT CHAIRMAN: Tanmay Mahajan


DETAILS: Our Club installation was held on 25th June 2016 at Rotary Club of

Margao Hall. Installing officer PDRR Gautam Verlekar, installed our club president

for 2016-17 Rtr. Tanmay Mahajan and his Board of Directors in the presence of

other Rotaractors, Rotarians and Inner wheel members. The installation was

Project 20: Vedic Mathematics Workshop

Date: 3rd July 2016

DETAILS: Vedic Mathematics workshop was conducted in association with Casper

Institute. 150 Students attended the event. It was a joint event conducted by the

Rotary and Rotaract Club of Margao.

Date: 03 July 2016

VENUE: Rotary Club of Ponda Hall, Ponda



DETAILS: Rtr. Tanmay Mahajan attended the PET SET session at Ponda, where he

learned about the functioning on a Rotaract Club, some important membership

updates and got to interact with the Presidents and Secretary’s of 2016-17
