La gamma Pneufit® C comprende più di 1.000 tipologie di raccordi in materiale composito, che affianca la già affermata Serie Pneufit® di raccordi in Ottone Nichelato. Anello di presa in acciaio inox per trattenere tubi in nylon o poliuretano (85 o 95 durometer). Parti in Ottone Nichelato ne aumentano la resistenza alla corrosione e la durata. Il sigillante preapplicato sulle filettature coniche o la presenza di un o-ring sulle filettature parallele garantisce un rapido ed efficace collegamento. Esagono interno ed esterno per i raccordi diritti. O-ring completamenti esenti da silicone. Asole di fissaggio a parete per tutti i raccordi unione tubo-tubo. Introdotta anche la gamma Pneufit® M per i raccordi in miniatura ultra compatti, composta da circa 300 codici.     Istruzioni di cablaggio

    1. Assicurarsi che la pareteterminale del tubo sia tagliataa 90° e priva di bave.

    2. Inserire il tubo nell'anelloall'interno del raccordo espingerlo fino alla battuta.

    3. Tirare leggermente indietroil tubo per agganciarloall'anello di presa.

    4. Per estrarre il tubo,spingerlo finoalla battuta , quindi tenendo premutol'anello di sgancio, estrarre il tubo.

    Corpo in PBT molto resistente agli urti,di colore nero per i Pneufit® C e grigiochiaro per i Pneufit® M.

    Anello di sgancio rosso per raccordimetrici e grigio per raccordi in pollici.Grigio chiaro per i Pneufit® M.

    Anello di presa in Acciaio inox con unparticolare design che assicura lapresa ed un facile rilascio anche su tubimorbidi.

    Raccordi privi di silicone.

    Tenuta dei raccordi girevoli garantita da unottimo accoppiamento tra codolo ed O-ring.

    Una scanalatura sull'esagono dellafilettatura, identifica il raccordo filettatoNPT.

    Sigillante sulla filettature pre-applicato odo-ring sulle filettature parallele, garantisceun rapido ed efficace collegamento.
