Two license keys will be required to install the software:

20. Service & Support IssuesHere is my first cut. I am interested in any feedback you have regarding support and maintenance for Centerwise. This covers just the first phase and should carry us through the end of the year. We will revisit our Support and Maintenance product offerings as we ramp our customer base.

Centerwise Support and Maintenance One level of service offered Service will be available during business hours from 8am Eastern time to 5pm Pacific time Acknowledgment of customer problem will be issued within four hours of initial receipt (follows

business hours detailed above) Point releases are included as no-charge updates Full version releases may require an upgrade fee Support and Maintenance will be contracted on a three year basis with automatic renewal at

each anniversary and yearly payments Annual Support and Maintenance fee will be 20% of the customer's Centerwise purchase total

Also, I would like to convene a standing meeting as a forum for monitoring and managing our connection to customers. The meeting will deal with service and support issues as well as pre-sales challenges. This will be an open meeting chaired by Product Management where anyone in Support or Sales can raise issues. Meetings will be scheduled on a weekly basis but will not be held when there are no open issues. Different members from Engineering, Marketing, Sales or Support will be required to attend when that person's presence is necessary to resolve a particular issue. The goal is to build and maintain a loyal base of customers. Items to be covered in the meeting:

Review all open customer generated problem reports. Review issues raised by customers through sales Review sales opportunities which can benefit from extra Engineering or Marketing (revenue
