Diskette drive controller error or Notinstalled floppy disk controller Error

This error is caused by one of the following:

* Power supply cable is not connected to the diskettedrive connector.

* The diskette drive cable is not plugged to the diskettedrive interface on the system board.

* The diskette drive controller is defective.

Action: Check and connect the floppy cable on bothfloppy drive and system board ends. If the cable isgood and properly connected, the diskette drivecontroller may be the problem. Change the diskettedrive controller or disable the onboard controller byinstalling another add-on card with a controller.
