As we are seeing a heightened number of colleagues around the world working from home, we wanted to bring

together some essential guides on how to get the best out of the technology tools available when working from

home. Below are guidelines covering remote access to your DOD or physical PC from home, on how to use

Things to do before you leave the office!

1. Activate your SecurID software token

2. Set your SecurID PIN

1. Activate and enable your SecurID Software Token

You must use a RSA SecurID token to securely connect to the DB network. There are different types of SecurID tokens, however the bank currently supports installing a software token on iOS, Android, and corporate laptops using desktop soft tokens.

If you don’t have a soft token, request one through this link.The website can also assist with reissuing a

soft token if you had previously installed one on your device.

Once the token is issued, follow these instructions on how to setup your Soft Token for the first time.

2. Set your SecurID PIN

Select the 'My SecurID Tokens' tab

In the My Device portal, find your soft token and click ‘Clear PIN’, and then follow the instructions on screen to reset your PIN.

You’re now ready to use dbRAS to remotely connect into your PC.

Steps to use dbRASweb when you are at home:

If you have a Windows 10 computer follow these instructions to setup for the first time.

Fixes to common problems with setting up dbRAS

Login issues

If you are receiving "invalid username and password" it is likely you have locked your account, or you have

forgotten the PIN set on your token. If not, jump to step 5

Follow these steps to check the status of your account:

a. While in the office, go to mydevice.intranet.db.com or tap on the My Device icon on your dbiOS or Corporate

iOS iPhone or iPad.

b. Click on the My SecurID™ Tokens tab.

c. Your account can become locked if you make too many invalid login attempts:

Check the status of your account to make sure it is unlocked. If the account is locked, click Unlock

Account to unlock it.

Check the status of your token to make sure it is enabled. If the token is disabled, click Enable Token to re-

enable it.

What can I do if my dbRASweb remote access connection is slow?

Most domestic internet services should provide sufficient bandwidth for dbRASweb. Please note that use of

smartphone hotspots may not provide acceptable performance.

If a Wi-Fi connection is used, please ensure the coverage is good. A weak signal will significantly affect

remote access performance.

Please avoid using high bandwidth consuming activities like watching streaming media (e.g. YouTube,

Netflix) on any devices sharing the same internet with your dbRASweb connection.

For staff who use a physical desktop PC in the office, making the following changes can improve remote

access performance. This does not apply to virtual DoD users as these settings are already optimised.

In connection settings, for “Preferred Client”, select “Native/Auto” for faster performance but limited to use

of a single monitor display only.

For those that want multi-screen spanning, select “Java”. However performance will be slower. Note: the

Java option does not work on Safari version 12 or later.

For “Display Colours”, choose “32k colours (15 bit)” for improved performance

There are multiple dbRASweb access points for each of the regions. Choose the closest one to your location

for the best performance.

Should you experience connection difficulties, then try the next closest dbRASweb location.

How to reboot your DOD virtual desktop

In case the remote desktop is in an unstable state and the connection cannot be established, please attempt to restart your DOD using the instructions below:

Click 'Details'

How can I use my office phone number when working from home with

dbRASweb on my personal computer?

If you have been migrated to Skype, please use Skype for Business

If you are able to make/receive calls via Skype on your PC or DoD in the office, you can do the same when

working from home. Follow the instructions here to set up your personal PC for this capability.

If you do not have audio/video capability on your Skype profile yet, you can request using this form. Please

note it may take a few weeks for you to be upgraded upon the request being approved

Avaya One-X Communicator:

Avaya One-X Communicator is the alternative solution:

You will need to search for “AVAYA ONE-X COMMUNICATOR” in ASD to request the application for

installation to your DOD or PC

o Further instructions on how to request and install software via ASD can be found here

Once the software is installed, follow these instructions to configure Avaya One-X Communicator application

for the first time.

Does Voice Recording work with Avaya One-X Communicator?

YES, Voice Recorded users can use Avaya One-X.

Recommendations:

When logging into One X users should (where possible) look to route calls via a home land line, this will ensure good end 2 end quality between the parties involved in the call.

If choosing to route calls through their home desktop PC or Laptop, then we would recommend users use as

high quality headset as they have available to them. We also highlight recommend that they test this setup

with a team member or colleague to ensure that the call quality meets a suitable level for all parties. We have

seen in the past poor audio quality where the user has not used a suitable headset.

Where possible try to avoid routing to calls from One-X to mobile as the user is then at the mercy of the

mobile call quality signal (especially indoors through thick walls), whilst overall this will not impact the voice

recording (the recorder will pick up what is experienced for both users) what you will get is a less than ideal

call setup for both one-x user and the far end calling party resulting in a potential poor quality experience for

the involved parties.

Softphone Login

To ensure recording in “Other Phone Mode” and “This Computer”:

External calls MUST be placed from Avaya One-X client on desktop

Incoming calls MUST be placed to the user’s recorded Avaya Phone Extension

External Calls

In order for calls to be recorded external calls MUST to be placed from the One-X Client on the user’s

desktop

o For example if you have chosen your home landline as your “Other Phone” Location you need to initiate the

call from your One-X Client. When this call is placed, the call will be initiated on One-X and then the call

will be routed to your home landline which will ring shortly after. Once picked up the call will then be

bridged in and the call will be connected (either ringing or depending on speed the far end may have picked

up)

For Incoming Calls

The calling party will need to dial your recorded Avaya Extension number

The phone will ring on the One-X Client on your desktop but will also ring on your landline, you can pick up

your landline as normal and the call will then be initiated and recorded.

When Calls Will NOT Be Recorded

If you pick up your landline/mobile and dial a number to connect to a 3rd party. This will NOT be recorded.

If you give your personal landline/mobile number to a 3rd party and the 3rd party then dials your personal

landline/mobile. This will NOT be recorded.

‘Desk Phone’ Mode NOT Supported.

PULSE Client is a software application providing limited turret functionality. User can be voice recorded, a new voice recording license & user profile will need to be set up.

Setup Process for PULSE

Request PULSE Client through this request form Populate the request form. Under "Is there a dealerboard at your desk" select the option "Yes"

Under "Business Justification" insert this text "Ignore request for dealerboard. Please set up a PULSE Enterprise Client only"

Headsets connected to your home PC Users will receive an email with instructions once the request has been approved.

2. DIVR

DIVR is a Mobile Voice Recording Platform for Deutsche Bank Group in Japan. DIVR does not automatically initiate recording. Users are responsible to initiate the DIVR recording manually by conferencing in the DIVR Phone number

Can I still join Skype video calls and conferences when working from home with dbRASweb?

1. Yes! The instructions can be found here to set up your personal PC for video call capability when working from home with dbRASweb.

2. You can also use Skype to join a VMR Video/Audio conference, as well as making a Phone Call, when working from home:

a. Download a prerequisite application called, Citrix RTME – you can find both the Windows and Mac versions here

b. Once the application is installed, please remote into your DOD as you normally would from your PC or Mac.

3. To jump into a VMR call using Skype, you will need to use the following convention: a. ‘88088xxxxxxx@video.db.com’ or ‘firstname.lastname.VMR@video.db.com’ b. Either convention, if typed in correctly should resolve the user’s VMR details (including your own).

c. To make a call, simply right click and select video or audio call, and you will be taken to the familiar Deutsche Bank conferencing room, where you will be prompted to enter the participation PIN

d.Click on the phone icon and a dial pad will appear.

e. Enter the PIN and you will automatically join the call.

4. How to make a phone call using Skype for Business:

a. Type the phone number in the Skype search bar, including country code if calling inter-country b. Right-click the number that is resolved, and then select ‘Call’ then ‘Other +#############’ c. You will initially hear the Skype calling tone, then you’ll hear an external ringing tone calling the far

side

NB: Please note that if you are experiencing video quality issues, the recommendation is to revert to audio only conferences, particularly during periods where there is higher than normal use of home working remote access services.

How do I configure my personal mobile device to receive work emails?

There are two solutions:

dbiOS - a fully managed iOS profile that sits on your personal iPhone or iPad device providing advanced access to your DOD, files, email and calendar, group directory and more.

BlackBerry UEM - offers basic email, calendar access, and more, via an App installed on personal iOS and Android devices

E’ possibile connettersi in remoto al PC aziendale presente in ufficio o al

desktop virtuale (DOD) dal computer di casa tramite dbRASweb

Dato l’elevato numero di colleghi in tutto il mondo che lavora da remoto, abbiamo voluto raccogliere in questo

articolo alcune guide essenziali su come ottenere il meglio dagli strumenti tecnologici forniti dalla Banca

disponibili quando si lavora da remoto. Di seguito sono riportate le linee guida relative all’accesso da remoto

alla propria macchina virtuale (DoD) o al PC fisico, a come utilizzare Skype o Avaya One-x per effettuare

chiamate telefoniche, a come accedere alle e-mail di lavoro sul proprio dispositivo mobile personale e altro

ancora.

Cosa fare o controllare prima di lasciare l’ufficio!

1. Attivare il proprio token software SecurID

**Tutti gli indirizzi intranet (URL) presenti di seguito sono accessibili esclusivamente dalla rete

aziendale DB**

1. Attivare e abilitare il proprio Token Software SecurID

E’ necessario utilizzare il token RSA SecurID per collegarsi in sicurezza alla rete aziendale DB. Ci sono diverse tipologie di token, ma attualmente la Banca supporta l’installazione del soft token su dispositivi iOS, Android e portatili aziendali.

Se non si è ancora in possesso del soft token, è possibile richiederlo tramite il seguente link.Il portale

permette anche di riemettere il soft token se precedentemente già installato sul dispositivo.

Una volta che il token è stato emesso, procedere come segue per configurarlo per la prima volta.

2. Configurare il PIN SecurID

Selezionare la scheda 'My SecurID Tokens'

Nel portale My Device , identificare il proprio soft token e cliccare su ‘Clear PIN’ e seguire quindi le istruzioni visualizzate per reimpostare il PIN.

Se sul proprio pc personale è installato Windows 10 seguire queste istruzioni per configurarlo al primo

utilizzo.

Risoluzione di problematiche comuni nella configurazione del dbRAS

Problemi di Login

Nel caso in cui si presenti il messaggio "invalid username and password" è probabile che l'utenza sia stata

bloccata oppure non è stato configurato il PIN del token dbRAS. Se non è questo il caso, procedere al punto 5

Procedere come segue per verificare lo stato della propria utenza (account):

a. Dall'ufficio, visitare il portale mydevice.intranet.db.com o toccare l'icona My Device sul proprio dispositivo

aziendale iPhone o iPad (o personale con dbiOS).

b. Cliccare sulla scheda My SecurID™ Tokens.

c. L'utenza potrebbe venire bloccata se si effettuano troppi tentativi di connessione falliti:

Verificare lo stato del proprio account per essere certi che sia sbloccato. Se l'account è bloccato, cliccare

su Unlock Account per bloccarlo.

Verificare lo stato del proprio token per essere certi che sia attivo. Se il token risulta disattivato, cliccare

su Enable Token per riattivarlo.

Cosa fare se la connessione in remoto via dbRASweb è lenta

La maggior parte dei servizi Internet nazionali dovrebbe fornire una larghezza di banda sufficiente per dbRASweb. Nota: l'uso di hotspot da smartphone potrebbe non fornire prestazioni accettabili.

Se si utilizza una connessione Wi-Fi, assicurarsi che la copertura sia buona. Un segnale debole influenzerà in

modo significativo le prestazioni di accesso remoto.

Evitare di effettuare attività che richiedono un'elevata larghezza di banda come la visione di media streaming

(ad esempio YouTube, Netflix) su qualsiasi dispositivo che condivide la stessa rete domestica alla quale è

connesso il dbRASweb.

Per il personale che utilizza un PC desktop in ufficio, apportare le seguenti modifiche può migliorare le

prestazioni di accesso remoto. Ciò non si applica agli utenti DoD poiché queste impostazioni sono già

ottimizzate.

Nelle impostazioni della connessione (Connection settings), per prestazioni migliori in “Preferred Client”,

selezionare “Native/Auto”, ma limitandosi all'uso di un solo monitor.

Se si vuole utilizzare più monitor, selezionare “Java”. Tuttavia le prestazioni saranno meno efficienti. Nota:

l'opzione Java non funziona su Safari versione 12 o successive.

Per “Display Colours”, scegliere “32k colours (15 bit)” per prestazioni migliori.

Esistono più punti di accesso dbRASweb per ciascuna area geografica. Scegliere quello più vicino alla propria

posizione per migliorare le prestazioni (dall’Italia scegliere Germany).

In caso di difficoltà di connessione, provare la posizione dbRASweb successiva più vicina.

Come riavviare il desktop virtuale DoD

Nel caso in cui la connessione al desktop virtuale remoto sia instabile o non possa essere stabilita, provare a

riavviare la DoD seguendo queste istruzioni:

Come utilizzare il proprio numero di telefono dell'ufficio quando si

lavora da remoto con dbRASweb sul proprio computer personale

Se la migrazione a Skype della propria utenza è già avvenuta, utilizzare Skype for Business

Se si è in grado di effettuare / ricevere chiamate via Skype sul proprio PC o DoD in ufficio, si può fare lo

stesso quando si lavora da remoto. Seguire le istruzioni disponibili qui per configurare PC personale per

questa funzionalità.

Se non si dispone ancora della funzionalità audio / video sul proprio profilo Skype, è possibile richiederla

utilizzando il seguente modulo. Nota: potrebbero essere necessarie alcune settimane per l'aggiornamento dopo

l’approvazione della richiesta.

Cercare “AVAYA ONE-X COMMUNICATOR” in ASD per richiedere l'applicazione per l'installazione sul

proprio DoD o PC

Una volta installato il software, procedere come indicato nelle seguenti istruzioni per cofigurare

l'applicazione Avaya One-X Communicator per la prima volta.

La registrazione vocale funziona con Avaya One-X Communicator?

SI, gli utenti abilitati alle registrazioni vocali possono registrare con Avaya One-X.

Raccomandazioni:

Quando si accede a One-X, cercare (dove possibile) di instradare le chiamate tramite una linea fissa

domestica, ciò garantirà una buona qualità nella registrazione intercorsa tra le parti coinvolte nella chiamata.

Se si sceglie di instradare le chiamate attraverso il PC desktop o il portatile personale, si consiglia di utilizzare

delle cuffie di alta qualità se disponibili. Si consiglia di testare questa configurazione a priori con un collega

per garantire che la qualità della chiamata soddisfi un livello adeguato fra le parti. In passato sono state

riscontrate situazioni di una scarsa qualità audio per il mancato utilizzo di una cuffia adeguata.

Quando possibile, cercare di evitare l’instradamento delle chiamate da One-X a cellulare poiché la buona

qualità della registrazione potrebbe dipendere dalla qualità del segnale mobile (specialmente all'interno di

pareti spesse).

Login al Softphone

Per garantire la registrazione in modalità “Other Phone Mode” e “This Computer”:

Le chiamate in uscita DEVONO essere effettuate dal client Avaya One-X su desktop

Le chiamate in arrivo DEVONO essere risposte dal numero di telefono Avaya dell’utente sotto registrazione

Ulteriori informazioni

Chiamate in uscita

Affinché le chiamate siano registrate, quelle in uscita DEVONO essere effettuate tramite il client One-X

presente sul computer dell’utente o Per esempio, se si sceglie il proprio telefono fisso di casa come “Other Phone” Location, è necessario avviare

la chiamata dal client One-X. Quando viene effettuata questa chiamata, verrà avviata su One-X e quindi

verrà instradata sulla linea fissa di casa che squillerà poco dopo. Dopo aver risposto alla chiamata, il sistema

crea una conferenza fra il numero di casa, l’interno sotto registrazione e il numero chiamato.

Chiamate in arrivo

Il chiamante dovrà chiamare il numero di interno Avaya sotto registrazione.

Squillerà il telefono sul client One-X Client presente sul computer, ma squillerà anche il telefono fisso. E’

possibile rispondere normalmente dal telefono fisso e la chiamata verrà registrata.

Quando le chiamate NON saranno registrate

Se si risponde ad una chiamata via cellulare o linea fissa e poi si chiama una terza parte per fare una

conferenza, la chiamata NON verrà registrata.

Se si fornisce il proprio numero di cellulare o di linea fissa ad una terza parte e questa chiama, la chiamata

NON verrà registrata.

La modalità ‘Desk Phone’ NON è supportata.

Nota: Nel caso in cui si avesse dimenticato il PIN del telefono fisso Avaya, è possibile effettuare il reset a

questo link

E' possibile collegarsi a video chiamate e conferenze Skype quando si lavora da remoto con dbRASweb

1. SI! Le istruzioni per configurare il proprio PC personale per la video chiamata quando si lavora da remoto con dbRASweb sono disponibili qui.

2. E' anche possibile usare Skype per collegarsi ad una conferenza VMR Video/Audio, così come fare una Chiamata telefonica quando si lavora da remoto:

a. Scaricare l'applicazione chiamata Citrix RTME – le versioni per Windows e Mac sono disponibili qui b. Quando l'applicazione è stata installata, collegarsi alla propria DoD come si fa normalmente

dalproprio PC o Mac. 3. Per collegarsi ad una chiamata VMR usando Skype, è necessario usare una delle seguenti

modalità: a. ‘88088xxxxxxx@video.db.com’ o ‘nome.cognome.VMR@video.db.com’

b. Entrambe le modalità, se scritte correttamente, dovrebbero risolvere i dettagli della VMR (inclusi i propri).

c. Per effettuare chiamate, cliccare cl tasto destro del mouse e selezionare 'video or audio call' e si verrà collegati alla nota sala conferenze di Deutsche Bank dove verrà richiesto di inserire il PIN participante

d.Cliccare sull'icona del telefono e verrà visualizzato il tastierino numerico.

e. Inserire il PIN e si verrà collegati automaticamente alla conferenza telefonica.

4. Come effettuare una chiamata telefonica tramite Skype for Business:

a. Digitare il numero di telefono nel riquadro di ricerca di Skype, incluso il prefisso nazionale nel caso in cui si stia chiamando all'estero

b. Cliccare col tasto destro del mouse sul numero di telefono, quindi selezionare ‘Call (Chiama)’ e poi ‘Other +############’

c. Si inizierà a sentire il tono di chiamata di Skype, quindi si inizierà a sentire uno squillo di chiamata esterna.

Nota: se si verificano problemi di qualità video, si consiglia di effettuare conferenze solo audio, in particolare durante i periodi in cui vi è un uso superiore al normale dei servizi di accesso remoto.

Come configurare il proprio dispositivo mobile personale per ricevere e-mail di lavoro

Ci sono due soluzioni:

dbiOS - un profilo Banca installato su dispositivi iOS iPhone o iPad che fornisce un accesso avanzato a DoD, file, e-mail e calendario, cartelle di gruppo e altro.

BlackBerry UEM - offre un accesso di base a e-mail, calendario e altro tramite un'app installata su dispositivi iOS e Android personali.

¡Cosas que hacer antes de salir de la oficina!

Android y portátil corporativo utilizando soft tokens de escritorio.

soft token si previamente había instalado uno en su dispositivo.

Una vez se emita el token, siga las instrucciones de como configurar su Soft Token por primera vez.

2. Configurar su PIN de SecurID

Resolver problemas comunes al configurar dbRAS

Problemas para Iniciar Sesión

Si estás recibiendo nombre de usuario y contraseña inválido “invalid username and password" es probable que

haya bloqueado su cuenta, o haya olvidado el PIN establecido en su token. De lo contrario vaya al paso 5.

Siga estos pasos para chequear el estado de su cuenta:

a. Mientras este en la oficina, vaya a mydevice.intranet.db.com o presione el icono My Device en su dbiOS,

iOS iPhone o iPad Corporativo.

b. Haga clic en la pestaña My SecurID™ Tokens.

c. Su cuenta puede bloquearse si realiza muchos intentos inválidos para iniciar sesión:

Verifique el estado de su cuenta para asegurarse que no está bloqueada. Si la cuenta está bloqueada, haga clic

¿Qué puedo hacer si mi conexión de acceso remoto a dbRASweb es

lenta?

La mayoría de los servicios de internet domésticos deberían ofrecer suficiente ancho de banca

para dbRASweb. Por favor tenga en cuenta que el uso de hotspots con teléfonos inteligentes puede que no

proporcionen un rendimiento aceptable.

Si se usa una conexión Wi-Fi, por favor asegúrese que la cobertura es buena. Una señal débil afectara de forma

significante el rendimiento del acceso remoto.

Por favor evite hacer actividades que consuman mucho ancho de banda (por ejemplo YouTube, Netflix) en

cualquier dispositivo que comparta el mismo internet con su conexión dbRASweb.

Para los empleados que usen un PC de escritorio físico en la oficina, realizar los siguientes cambios puede

mejorar el rendimiento del acceso remoto. Esto no aplica a usuarios de DoD virtual ya que estas

configuraciones ya están optimizadas.

En ajustes de conexión, para “Preferred Client”, seleccione “Native/Auto” para un desempeño más rápido

pero está limitado a usar un solo monitor.

Para aquellos que quieren pantallas múltiples seleccione “Java”. Sin embargo el rendimiento será más lento.

Nota: la opción de Java no funciona en Safari versión 12 o posterior.

Para “Display Colours”, elija “32k colours (15 bit)”para mejorar el rendimiento.

Hay múltiples puntos de acceso a dbRASweb para cada región. Seleccione la más cercana a su ubicación para

obtener mejor rendimiento.

Si experimenta dificultades de conexión, intente usar la siguiente ubicación de dbRASweb más cercana.

Si elige enrutar las llamadas a través del PC o portátil, recomendamos a los usuarios que usen los auriculares

de buena calidad que tengan disponibles. Además recomendamos que prueben esta configuración con un

miembro del equipo o colega para asegurarse que la calidad de la llamada alcanza un nivel adecuado para

todas las partes. Hemos visto en el pasado llamadas con mala calidad de audio donde el usuario no ha usado

los auriculares adecuados.

Si es posible trate de evitar el enrutamiento de las llamadas desde One-X a móviles ya que el usuario está a la

merced de la calidad de la señal del móvil (especialmente en interiores a través de paredes gruesas), mientras

que en general esto no impactará la grabación de voz (la grabadora captará lo que experimentan ambos

usuarios) lo que obtendrá es una configuración de llamada menos que ideal para el usuario One-X como para

la parte en el otro extremo de la llamada, lo que resulta en una posible experiencia de baja calidad para las

partes involucradas.

Para que las llamadas se graben las llamadas externas DEBEN realizarse desde el One-X Client en el

escritorio del usuario

o Por ejemplo si ha elegido como “Other Phone” su teléfono fijo de casa necesita iniciar la llamada desde su

One-X Client. Cuando esta llamada se realiza, la llamada será iniciada en One-X y luego la llamada se

enrutará a su línea fija de casa la cual sonará poco después. Una vez atienda la llamada esta será puenteada y

la llamada se conectará (ya sea sonando o dependiendo de la velocidad el otro extremo puede ya haber

contestado)

Para Llamadas Entrantes

La persona que llama deberá marcar su número de extensión Avaya con grabación

El teléfono sonará en el One-X Client en su escritorio pero también en su teléfono fijo, puede contestar su

teléfono fijo de forma normal y la llamada será iniciada y grabada.

Cuando NO se grabarán las llamadas

Si contesta su teléfono fijo/móvil y marca un número para conectar con un tercero. Esto NO será grabado.

Si le da su número de teléfono fijo / móvil personal a un tercero y el tercero marca su teléfono fijo / móvil

personal. Esto NO será grabado.

La modalidad ‘Desk Phone’ NO está soportada.

Trabajar desde casa para usuarios con grabación de voz IPC

Actualmente hay dos soluciones disponibles:

1. PULSE (Acceso solo a Hoot e Intercom)

2. DIVR (Acceso a una única extensión)

PULSE DIVR

Descripción del servicio: Aplicación de software que proporciona una funcionalidad de turret limitada

Se asigna un DDI con grabación de voz al usuario final. Cuando el usuario final hace o recibe una llamada, debe manualmente realizar

una conferencia en el DDI con grabación de voz para que la llamada sea grabada.

Limitaciones del usuario: No hay tono de marcado o llamadas a través de extensiones personales o de clientes

Requiere que el usuario realice una conferencia en la línea en grabación para cada llamada.

Limitaciones de Implementación:

Se debe revisar la capacidad del servidor IPC / Se deben instalar las licencias / La conexión a Internet del usuario final puede variar la experiencia del usuario

Se requieren licencias de grabación de voz adicionales en el sistema de Avaya y una nueva extensión de Avaya.

Grabación de Voz del usuario:

Si. Se necesitará configurar una nueva licencia y perfil de usuario de grabación de voz.

Los usuarios recibirán un correo electrónico con las instrucciones una vez la solicitud haya sido aprobada.

2. DIVR

DIVR es una plataforma de Grabación de Voz Móvil para Deutsche Bank Group en Japón. DIVR no inicia

automáticamente la grabación. Los usuarios son responsables de iniciar la grabación DIVR manualmente

realizando una conferencia en el número telefónico de DIVR.

¿Puedo unirme a video llamadas y conferencias de Skype cuando trabajo desde casa con dbRASweb?

1. ¡Si! Puede encontrar las instrucciones aquí para configurar su ordenador personal para video llamadas cuando

2. También puede usar Skype para unirse a una conferencia de audio/video de VMR, así cómo hacer

una Llamada Telefónica, cuando trabaje desde casa:

b. Una vez haya instalado la aplicación, por favor diríjase a su DOD como lo hace normalmente desde su PC o

3. Para entrar en una llamada de VMR usando Skype, necesitará usar la siguiente convención:

i. Inicialmente escuchará el tono de llamada de Skype, luego escuchará un tono de llamada externo llamando al

otro lado

Por favor, tenga en cuenta que si experimenta problemas de calidad de video, la recomendación es volver a

conferencias de solo audio, particularmente durante periodos donde hay un uso más alto de lo normal de los servicios de acceso remoto de trabajo desde casa.
