BUFFALO WINGS ARE NOT WINGS OF A BUFFALO DUH!

The rustic settings further enhanced the caveman like ferociousness of this sizzling creation. Its elusive and far-flung location, tested your dedication and appreciation for good food.

By the way, Buffalo wings are NOT the wings of a buffalo, duh! but this recipe was created in Buffalo, New York, in 1964. There are variations to how the chicken wings are done, but basically it involves a generous dose of cayenne pepper or hot sauce. Mr. Griffis holds his tongue on how he creates his masterpiece while his patrons burn theirs at the first bite of his fabulous Wings.

Sunset Grill and Bar has been relocated to Jalan Kayu, a more

accessible venue, thank goodness! So when you’re restless and decide to go

jalan-jalan at night, head out there and be hotly illuminated. Although it has lost its rustic ambience now, its café or bistro kind of concept, nonetheless, gives you that cozy, welcomed feeling to grab some

drinks and food with great friends for a great time.

Dont try to be a hero in front of your friends and go for the high-er levels at first, unless you have steel coated tongue and stomach.

Be warned though, its price is almost as cannot tahan as the spiciness of its wings at $17.50 to $23.00 for 6 pieces, but you are guaranteed of a sensation you’re not soon to forget!

For new patrons, the staff advice that you begin your virgin journey at Level 3 which already has a pretty thick coating of chilli on the wings. Beneath the crispy skin, you bite into equally hotly marinated wings that send you into chilli heaven. Don’t try to be a hero in front of your friends and go for the higher levels at first, unless you have steel coated tongue and stomach.

Want some tips to prevent getting Angelina Jolie’s lips or camping out in the toilet? Have a glass or two of milk within reach, trust me you’ll need it in a hurry, scrape some of the sambal off the wings and don’t eat too many wings at one go. Ignore this advice at your own peril.
