This year we are hosting party nights at

Chester Racecourse & Chester Town Hall.

Whether you’re booking a Christmas party with work or

something special for friends and family, find yourself

transported into the spirit of Christmas for a memorable evening

with exceptional food, service and entertainment.

Once availability has been confirmed, we will provisionally

hold your booking for up to two weeks before requiring

a £20 non-refundable deposit per person. Your deposit will

then secure your booking. Final payment for parties must

be made no later then four weeks prior to your event date.

Our all-inclusive party nights begin with a selection of

free flowing reception drinks, guests will be

called to be seated by 8.00pm where there are unlimted

beers, wines and soft drinks on the table.

The main complimentary bar will open at 8.30pm.

You will enjoy a delicious three-course

choice menu, followed by coffee and chocolates and

a selection of unlimited bar drinks all evening.

The County Stand will be home to a live

band and DJ, so you can dance until the early hours.

A bucking reindeer and photo booth will make

for a night to remember.

Our selection of unlimited bar drinks include house wines

(red, white and rosé), draught lager, bitter and stout, bottled lagers,

ciders, soft drinks and house spirits.

BoxesThe perfect way to party for groups of 10–40 guests!

Our packages include hire of our Private Executive Boxes,

canapés and a sparkling reception drink on arrival,

a delicious three-course choice menu, followed by coffee

After dining, your party will be invited to join

in the festivities in the County Stand,

where the bars are also complimentary. There are

only a limited number of Boxes available each

night and this is a very popular package,

please book early to avoid disappointment.

The stunning Pavilion Suite will be beautifully dressed for Christmas

with fantastic lighting, a crisp sound system and plenty of festive decorations;

creating the perfect party atmosphere.

The all-inclusive Pavilion package includes a reception drink on arrival,

followed by a delicious three-course choice menu with coffee and chocolates

and a selection of unlimited bar drinks* all evening.

There will also be live entertainment and our resident DJ.

On Friday 15th December in the Pavilion, we will be hosting a non

all-inclusive night. This will include a reception drink on arrival, followed

by a delicious three course choice menu with coffee and chocolates

and access to a cash bar all evening. There will also be live entertainment

and our resident DJ.

If you would like to organise a private Christmas party,

from a large company Christmas party to an intimate

family dinner, Horseradish are on hand. We have

a list of venues on our books that can accommodate

anything from 10 to 1,000 guests! Alternatively, if you have

a beautiful venue in mind or even land we could put

up a marquee on, our creative team will work hard to

ensure your Christmas Party vision is fulfilled.

ChesterTown Hall

The grey and red sandstone Gothic style Town Hall,

with its tower and spire rising to a height of 160

feet was completed in 1869. It was opened on 15th October

that same year by the Prince of Wales, who later

became King Edward VII.

The impressive history of this building makes for a great

setting to wow your guests at our stunning venue, alongside outstanding

food and drinks. This year our evenings at the Town Hall will have

a selection of unlimited bar drinks*, a reception drink on arrival,

three-course set menu, a band and disco to get you dancing!

Terms and Conditions

Terms

All reservations are subject to the following Terms & Conditions and no variation will be accepted unless agreed in

writing by Horseradish, a registered brand of Chester Race Company Ltd.

Deposits Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days from the date of the booking and will be treated as unsecured until

a deposit of £20.00 per person has been received. All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred

against the final balance or wine order payments.

Final Numbers Final numbers are required one calendar month before the event date.

Payment Full pre-payment is to be made one calendar month prior to the date of the event. In the event of non-payment

of the full amount Chester Race Company reserves the right to treat such non-payment as repudiation of

this contract. Full payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred against the final balance or wine

order payments.

Cancellation All dates are subject to confirmation and licensing. Chester Race Company Ltd reserve the right to cancel the

event, in such a case Chester Race Company Ltd will endeavour to offer an alternative date for the event. Chester

Race Company Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred by the client. In the case of cancellation by the client

within 1 calendar month before the event, this will result in the loss of all monies paid.

Personal Liability If any agreement is signed in the name of a corporation, partnership, association, club or society, the persons

so signing represents and warrants to Chester Race Company Ltd that he or she has full authority to sign such

contract and in the event that he or she is not so authorised, he or she will be personally liable for the faithful

performance of this agreement.

Damages Any expenses incurred for damages caused by any guest of the Client or of any outside contractor hired by the

Client shall be the responsibility of the Client who agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Chester Race Company

from all claims and actions against them arising as a result thereof.

Force Majeure If for any reason beyond its control, but not limited to strike, labour dispute, accident. Act of war, act of God, fire,

flood or any other emergency condition, Chester Race Company Ltd is unable to perform its obligations under

this agreement such non performance is excused and Chester Race Company Ltd may terminate this agreement

without further liability of any nature upon return of the deposit paid. In no event shall Chester Race Company Ltd

be liable for consequential damages of any nature or any reason whatsoever.

Menu Chester Race Company Ltd reserve the right to substitute alternative food or drink of a similar quality if the items

on the menu cannot be conveniently obtained. Chester Race Company Ltd admit no liability for any illness caused

by an allergy that Chester Race Company Ltd were not made aware of in writing prior to the event. No foods,

wines, liquor, beers or minerals are permitted be brought into Chester Race Company Ltd

Admittance Chester Race Company Ltd reserve the right to refuse entry on the evening. Should there be reason to doubt any

person’s age, Chester Race Company Ltd will request identification to be shown, failure to do so will result in

eviction from or non admittance to the venue. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted.
