Availability: Most items are available to ship immediately upon receipt of a written purchase order. However some itemsmay have lead times. Shipping Terms: All orders are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse. Orders shipped via common carrier are “dock to dock”. All freight quotes are an estimate only and may be subject to change at the time of shipping. Special services such as lift gate and/or inside delivery, residential delivery, or advance notice, may require an additional charge. Inside delivery does not include installation and is only brought inside the 1st threshold. Deliveries that require utilizing stairs or elevators will result in extra fees. Shortages/Damages: Each shipment is carefully counted and inspected before leaving our warehouse. To start wipe down the equipment with a hand towel; this will remove any sweat or dust that may be present. Use a disinfectant that is safe for upholstery or wipes (i.e. Gym Wipes) to spray or wipe down the upholstery, frame (Do not spray or wipe down the actual weights with the disinfectant). Next, wipe away the disinfectant with a second hand towel. Wet your third hand towel and wring any excess moisture out; rub down the weights of equipment with the damp cloth. Lastly, dry the weights with your fourth hand towel. Failing to dry the weights could lead to rusting and general corrosion. Repeat the process on each piece of equipment as needed.
