29 March 2019 Re : STATEMENT OF CHANGES At : 388 QUEENS PARADE, FITZROY NORTH VIC 3068 The following statement of changes is to be read in conjunction with the plans produced by DCA Design for the proposal at 388 Queens Parade, Fitzroy North containing sheets TP01-TP10 dated MAR 19 with revision date 15.03.19. STATEMENT OF CHANGES General External materials remain unchanged. Ground Level No changes to the plans. Allocation of car spaces in the stacker to be one per apartment (previously 1 per 2 bedroom apartment and 2 for the 3 bedroom apartment). First Floor — Level 01 No changes. Second Floor — Level 02 No changes. Third Floor — Level 03 No changes. Fourth Floor — Level 04 No changes to the apartment. Stair modified to continue up one more flight. Re : STATEMENT OF CHANGES At : 388 QUEENS PARADE, FITZROY NORTH VIC 3068

The following statement of changes is to be read in conjunction with the plans produced by DCA Design for the proposal at 388 Queens Parade, Fitzroy North containing sheets TP01-TP10 dated MAR 19 with revision date 15.03.19.

STATEMENT OF CHANGES

General • External materials remain unchanged.

Ground Level • No changes to the plans. • Allocation of car spaces in the stacker to be one per apartment (previously 1 per 2 bedroom apartment and 2 for

the 3 bedroom apartment).

First Floor — Level 01 • No changes.

Second Floor — Level 02 • No changes.

Third Floor — Level 03 • No changes.

Fourth Floor — Level 04 • No changes to the apartment. • Stair modified to continue up one more flight.

Fifth Floor — Level 05 • New floor added is a copy of the previously approved Fourth Floor (Level 04).
